I’ve been staying at this hotel for years, and it’s always been my go-to. The place is super comfy, and the location is spot-on. Plus, the price is really reasonable.

The mini bar (small fridge) was always not working. Every time I requested a replacement, they brought another one that also didn’t work. This was frustrating and disappointing, as I expected better maintenance and service.

The room was nice, especially the glass-walled toilet. The staff were very attentive and courteous. The hotel environment was clean and pleasant.

I could not accept the flavour of the food, hence, I didn't had much choice. I consider, S$14/breakfast is too expensive. The arrangement of the tables and chairs could be improved to facilitate the carrying of food and walking to the table.

The hotel was kept clean daily. Staff was welcoming and friendly throughout. The location is good if you're driving around. Convience stores are close by.

Nothing to do with the hotel but.. The neighbourhood is still coming up so there's not much around when walking. Give it a few years for them to finish building the rails and it'll be more walking friendly. There's a mall opposite side of the road but it's still under renovation. Looks promising though.

Nice clean hotel, well maintained and good facilities. Breakfast was good with a decent variety, but finished too early.

Huge roadworks outside the property, not possible to cross over the other side as bridge has been removed due to the roadworks. Need a taxi to go anywhere.

Grand Mercure is nice hotel with leisure in mind one can enjoy it. Breakfast is little crowded if one is liking a privacy then be there very very early at breakfast. 🤣🤣

Very nice 5 star hotel for a reasonable price. Wanted to show my children few highlight of Jakarta (Batavia) and the large scale and differences of an Asian city. We liked the stay in the hotel and the nice swimming pool. Also very friendly staff. Food was very good with a huge breakfast buffet. Personally the dining room could use a re styling as the atmosphere is a bit boring. But that is just a matter of taste. In the a mall nearby you can find few small restaurants and if you are really hooked up to junk food there is also a Mac Donald’s. Compared to other high class 5 star hotels this is good value for money.

Nothing. Minor thing is that staff asked to put review on Tripadvisor. I found this a bit unprofessional for a 5 star hotel.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were specious, beds comfortable.

In our first room the airco did not work, however the staff quickly gave us a new room.

The place is pretty good, clean , staff are welcoming and helpful. They surprised us with anniversary cake , it was a nice gesture.

Unfortunately I did not like the fact that restaurant is closed by 9 pm though room service is available 24 hrs .

The room was spacious...well maintained. The staffs were helpful and full of smiles.. Easy to get a taxi...

Nothing to do with the hotel...it was just the main road infront of the hotel was under construction...for MRT project...quite taking a longer detour and quite messy...

Breakfast was exceptional, All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel appeared to be aimed at business customers however as we thought it was perfect for us as tourists to Jakarta. It certainly gave us a great impression of Jakarta and its lovely people.
