The rooms are very clean and spacious. We were a family of 4 and all had ample space. There is a safe in each room. It is an easy drive to the airport. The location for us was perfect as it was a short and cheap Uber ride to wherever we wanted to go to.

The communal hallways and areas seem to be a little overlooked when it comes to cleaning and could have done with a hoover. Also the bin in the breakfast area was full before breakfast had even started. I think if the communal areas were kept a little more clean and tidy then this hotel would be perfect and I would happily stay again.

Breakfast was good, the staff was kind, and helpful, and always tried to resolve any inconvenience or question with a smile. Fully recommended, they change our bedroom bedding almost every day. Honestly was a great time there, definitely, we will stay again.

Maybe, that one day we needed to leave on time for a tour and the breakfast was not ready at 7 00 am, so we missed a bus trip, but no big deal, just be prepared if some guest want to have their breakfast on time.

I would have preferred to stay in Condesa or Roma, but the better hotels were booked. The MX Buenavista is located in a busy commercial district. Across the street there was a large enclosed retail commercial mall that had all the conveniences found in EU and North American malls. The neighborhood did not have ambiance found in the traditional Colonias. It was safe both day and night. . Uber was excellent and made it easy for me to visit the beautiful colonias, the museums, Chapultepec Park and the airport. The hotel staff very helpful.

The neighborhood was somewhat commercial although linked to public and private transportation resources.

The breakfast was delicious.....good and healthy choices.....loved having coffee available all day. The staff were very friendly and helpful....wish the gym facility was a bit larger, but loved having it available.

I would have liked a view, however since I didn't spend that much time in the room I was ok and it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was good and plenty of hot water. Will definitely stay here again

Great hotel! Very friendly and helpful personnel, location in Buenavista is perfect for commuting around the city. Breakfast was rather simplistic, but cooked perfectly. I am very satisfied with my stay.

I would say that the only thing needs improving is the showers, as it was not movable in my room.

The microwave in our room didn't work and staff wasn't able to assist (it was after 9pm). This was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise comfortable stay. Also, there wasn't enough light in the room.

Lack of AC on room, which caused a bit of humidity after showering. Breakfast is limited and slow. Long lines formed waiting for simple scrambled eggs. Those are a staple in every hotel. Shouldn’t really be a challenge.

Breakfast was delicious and location near bus o metro transportation was helpful to move easy around the city.

AC wasn't working properly in my room but didn't cause any issues during our staying. Night time cold temperatures was really pleasant even in our room.

Excellent facilities, close to Buenavista Mall, close to metro, metrobus and general public transportation. The staff guys were super friendly and willing to help all the time. The hotel is very secure and clean. I'd come back.

Everything, especially the location. couldn’t get anymore convenient. mall across the street. metro bus and subway across the street also. really great facility.

they serve the exact same breakfast every single morning which was annoying. all the staff was pleasant except a girl who worked the early morning shift. one night for a few hours the WiFi went down but I believe it was a neighborhood problem and beyond the hotels control
