Breakfast was lovely - and Sunday brunch was a vibe. I was spending my birthday weekend there and I felt abosultely spoilt. They offered me a room upgrade, gave me a birthday cake and it made for such a lovely weekend. The staff were courteous and polite and made me feel very welcome.

The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. The food was not that great to be honest but that is to be expected considering the traffic that hotel attracts.

lobby design is beautiful and ne staff are very friendly.

front desk is small and gets too busy sometimes with long wait for check in. rooms are starting to be outdated and don’t reflect the same premium aesthetic as the bar and lounge area. during this stay AC in the gym was down for the whole week, and I heard that other clients had AC issues in a conference room where it was leaking on them. in a previous visit the AC was also not functioning in the lobby area. so AC in common areas seems to be an ongoing issue for them.

Internet connection in my room was not good, called front desk for help and never got any assistance till I left.

The hotel needs a shuttle service to the airport.

The carpet on the 10th floor had an odor!

Breakfast was excellent and unique

When booking I thought I saw that breakfast was part of the pricing. It was only when I was at the restaurant breakfast wasn't part.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating due to the fact that I don't speak French, food was great but very expensive at the hotel Restuarant and no local restaurants nearby. Very clean and rooms quiet. The only thing missing was entertainment. View from outdoor patio was gorgeous.

Wish there had been more to do at hotel and food not so expensive.

I’ve been in several hostels around the world and I can tell that the Pullman’s bed was literally the most comfortable bed ever!!

Had some minor issues in the bathroom. A broken soap holder and a stuffed / slow shower drain.

Delicious breakfast ! Central location , amazing staff at your service .

Everything was perfect , just one suggestion : Hotel could inform travelers more on how to get around (car rental, taxi etc ) but there will always be some outside . Just more guidance and info would be perfect .
