The room was quite spacious. It was like a 1bhk for ourselves. The reception boy was kind and well mannered. The handy boy was very helpful and so well-mannered, he helped us with our luggage, with room services and with local info as well. The food was really to our pallette, non spicy and tasty. It felt like comfort food. And they do serve with love. Best of all was their Coffee. Over all it was a budget friendly accommodation with good people and facilities.

The ladies who does cleaning in the room were rude. In our 4 days of stay they cleaned our room once, didn't change the bed sheets even after we asked them to. And before our checkout they came knocking on the door asking for money as tips for service. They seemed extremely rude.

In one word, this hotel is exceptional. Especially the service staffs here Raja-Maharaja and manager  are extremely helpful. We felt home away from home there. The master chef , Shiva pleased  all the members of our team with his cooking. What ever food we ordered,  that was wonderful. They allowed us to very late check in, at 23.45 hrs. We felt home away from home.

Only one issue was the room number 308, was offered for  2 + 3 persons, but in the inside room was bed for 2 persons only but forced us to sleep 3 persons. Otherwise, it's a very good hotel.

The behaviour of the staff was really good. We had booked a double bed room but after checking in we found the geyser was not working. So they upgraded our room to a bigger room which is really appreciable. The location of the hotel is inside a lane with many hotels and is at a walkable distance to the beach. AC was good, TV was working though there were limitations of channels. The temple is also not too far from the hotel. One can take a walk to the temple, alternatively many autos and rickshaws are available. The hotel has an in-house restaurant which can fulfill your breakfast, lunch and dinner needs. Overall a good and comfortable stay.

There was a very limited choice of food. In a place like Puri where you get mouth watering tasty preparations of various cuisines specially Bengali food, this hotel has very limited choice. But there are a lot of good restaurants just outside where one can satisfy their taste buds. Also the taste of food preparations at this hotel is very average. Also during our stay on one day we were informed that there was no cook available on that day which is unusual in any standard hotel. We had our food from outside that day.

Food was tasty, good proportion and pocket friendly. Behaviour of the staff was also very good

In one of our room TV was not working, even after complaining that two times, tjey did not fix. In the same room Mirror was not installed instead was kept om the floor which is very risky when you have kids. Overall that room was not ready for stay, but they allocated that to us. Also when you have specific need just call the hotel before time, mentioning the requirement on Bookings.com is going unnoticed

The property has an ample space for parking. Staffs were supportive. The roof top seating has a good view of Sea & Shree Jagannath Temple. The rooms had a good cross ventilation. The spring mattress was comfortable one Due to new property the Restaurant was not operational but the snacks & tea which they had served was awasome. Loved my little stay there & will recommend others.

Perfect place to stay in Puri. This hotel is simply great! The staff and room will make your stay comfortable. Raj and the one at reception are friendly, polite and attentive.

Located at a nice place at Puri. Reasonable Price with all behaved staff & facilities. The cross ventilation in the room are superb where you can feel the sea breeze. From the roof top sea & temple is clearly visible. I would recommend to others who are looking to book hotel rooms at Puri

Parking area needs cleaning

Beds were good. Staff were cooperative. Seating on the roof was very pleasant. Property rooms had good ventilation.

Non AC dormitory bathroom was small comparatively to AC dormitory bathroom

I didnt have breakfast.

TV remote was not working. The bathroom windows, eventhough it was tinted, when you switch on lights, definitely, those in the adjacent flat can see inside bathroom.
