The ride into town costs around 100 pesos (approximately $5), making it an affordable and easy journey. The front staff will call a car for you when you’re ready.

The staff (Erika,Caro,Javier,and Jose) are super friendly and make you feel at home. Extra thank you to Erika, she was very attentive before our trip even started and answered all of our questions. The views are amazing. Breakfast is good. Overall atmosphere is very relaxing.

The tub in the master can be dangerous for some to shower because you have to “climb” out, it’s also broken but I was able to use the shower in the other bathroom. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

This really is such a stunning place to stay! Beautifully maintained property and gardens with amazing views, great pool and jacuzzi, tennis court, amazing breakfast. The staff could not be nicer and many speak English. We were able to park safely in their car park and although it's a little out of town it's an easy and cheap uber into the historic centre (which is not a place you want to drive in yourself!) We would highly recommend.

Artistic, peaceful, traditional and elegant.

Traveling to find it at night with different cab drivers. I realize we needed to enter at an earlier turn and take the long way, in order to avoid making a left turn at a dangerous curve. Also, for my mother there may have been too many stairs, but this is difficult to address in beautiful architectural places such as this.

The view from our room was wonderful! Breakfasts were excellent. Reception staff were amazing. The hospitality staff were friendly, welcoming and seemed to genuinely care about us and their wonderful facility! We felt like we were at someone's beautiful home.

We hated to leave!

The views are amazing and above the hustle and bustle of Guanajuato. Easy taxi rides down the hill to the central part of the colonial city. Quite home like. Breakfast on the patio each day was a delight. Beautifully decorated with Mexican artesanía. The staff will arrange taxis, drivers to San Miguel, massage therapists, restaurant reservations, and day trips. Super friendly and helpful. We extended one day. Tranquilo. Excellent value. The workout facilities could use an upgrade.

EVERYTHING is amazing. We got a suite qith a jacuzzi. Perfect for the fresher nights. Amazing breakfast at the property, friendly staff, amazing view, wonderfull garden, EVERYTHING AMAZING. And its also pet friendly so we could take our furry baby

Nothing! Too bad the pool was undergoing renovation and was therefore not useable, but they told us beforehand. We’ll be back

The staff helped us set up tours and were there for all of our needs. They call it a hotel but it's more like a resort they have a spa a sauna swimming pools we had a jacuzzi in our room breakfast was top quality and like I said before the staff was very accommodating, professional and friendly. Have them make you a mojito they pick the ingredients out of their own garden it's amazing!!!

That we had to leave and we were only there for 2 days!

The staff, the view, the pool, the location and the outstanding attention to detail. This unique property was such an enjoyable surprise we are already planning on bringing the whole family back as soon as we can. Everyone so happy and helpful it was like staying with family!

The grounds were so lovely it will make everywhere else we stay pale in comparison

Wonderful, attentive staff, spacious rooms, beautiful views and great breakfast! Truly an authentic experience of Mexico. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Guanjuato!
