Great location near Mullet Bay. The property has good security and looks beautiful. Our unit was lovely. Pool and bar on site.

2 towels were provided in our unit, but no trade-in was available. We tried to launder them in the as advertised in-unit washer/dryer, but it leaked and we spent a lot of time mopping it up. The tiles around the pool are highly slippery, wet or not. I witnessed 3 people slip and fall, one of whom was my wife, who sustained an injury to her hand. No staff came to her assistance-another guest was the only one who came immediately her aid. The week before we departed, the property attempted to charge our credit card an additional $208.38 (in addition to the $500 damage deposit). When I asked if this was part of that deposit, I was told no. When I persisted in insisting that I had paid in full via booking.com and needed a full explanation for the charges, they backed off.

Nice location and views. Relatively close to the beach and restaurants. Clean building with friendly staff. Conveniently located.

Some issues with plumbing, shower head leaking, shower had no doors so water was spilling out of the cabin onto the floor. No towel hangers. No dust pan.

Mullet Bay Beach (best beach on the island) is only a 3 minute walk from property. Carrefour Express is a 5 minute walk (the best priced supermarket on the island) is also a short walk away. Fat Tony's (a buffalo bills bar) is a really good food option also just a 5 minute walk away. The rooms, pool, view etc of 14th at Mullet is really nice And it's pretty easy to find if you drive West of the airport until you see two tall towers side by side...might be the tallest towers West of the airport.

Nothing really. Maybe the fact I only got 2 rolls of toilet paper for a weeks stay.

Position, wiew, the apartment as a staying unit

Coffe machine- stupid. The amount of toiletries-too small. And the card acces sistem- too restrictive. I have friends at another floor, very hard to rich them

We were in tower B, room 603. It’s a studio so it was small but it’s beautifully appointed and has a very nice view of Mullet. The kitchen design was excellent for the small space though we only used the refrigerator to store leftovers from dinners out. Excellent water pressure in the modern bathroom. The pool area was very nice as well and the building staff are friendly and helpful. Ample parking on site.

The studio is a bit small but manageable. The bathroom could use a soap dish and Kleenex. We were provided with instructions on how to use the appliances but none for the safe, which we needed. It was a bit different from other safes we’ve used so we promptly locked our valuables but couldn’t re-open it. Duh. One of the staff members came up and helped. Just minor issues…no complaints.

The view over the sea was amazing and the apartment was very well furnished. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. André in the concierge couldn’t have been more helpful. The pool and café worked really well too with a very efficient Manager.

There was a fridge but no freezer. There were ice cube trays but no place to get ice on property. In the shower it would be nice to have a shelf or bench to put toiletries. Everything was on the floor.

The position was outstanding and the views from the corner suite exceptional. From the very first minute of arrival, the friendly staff were extremely welcoming and helpful with enquiries (thank you Anja!). It felt like staying in a nice modern well furnished apartment. Nice swimming pool too.
