It is absolutely stunning! The place is beautiful, the views are amazing and the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had (and I am not a breakfast person). The staff were amazing and it was the best start to our honeymoon. The pool was always so quiet which was a dream and very relaxing.

We arrived on a Monday and there is nothing available, no lunch, wine cave, restaurant. We had a car so were able to get everything we needed but we were unaware before we arrived.

Beautiful and peaceful landscape ~2 km from the center of Longiano, "citta della bici". We had a nice and clean room with a large terrace overlooking the coast. The pool area was private to us both times we went there. Table service at breakfast. At Magnolia, the atmosphere was elegant and fine, and the service was definitely first class.

We had a standard room for two with basically no space to keep luggage open. As this is a prestigious villa, the service could have been a bit more personal. It was very friendly though. Perhaps it was to ensure guests' privacy.

I am passing by here since some years. As always great food and top service. In the meantime already a bit family. All rooms are great, nice location in a parc well looked after. The staff has changed a bit but is as always on top level. Rachid is a fantastic host. The 2 star restaurant is out of discussion, and they keep this level also with the breakfast and with the light lunch and outside the fine dining card.

Because of the specific weekend there was a wedding overlapping our second stay in June. Which means we had to stay one night s.w. else. but free of charge. This was a very fair arrangement but of course not the same when coming especially for Magnolia/Magherita. But also the chance to go to Veranda, which is the second great restaurant of Alberto.

- They could seriously improve breakfast. The quality was Good, though The choices were up to you. Which we hate. - Matress were uncomfortable. The memory foam is simply not a Good choice for a hotel - there were a lot of lights in The room

The setting is so beautiful, the food is amazing and the staff so friendly and attentive. It's just the right size so everything feels personal and staff quickly learn what you like/how best to help. The town is a short walk away and a great alternative with some fabulous dinner options (although you should definitely eat at magnolia!) Would recommend to anybody

Beautiful location, amazing view, great staff and service. The restaurant is amazing but of course it is what you can expect from a 2* Michelin restaurant.

Beautiful and comfortable property, nice design and wonderful views and grounds, including a beautifully located swimming pool. Exceptional in house restaurant.

There was a distinct difference between the staff. Some exceptionally welcoming and helpful and others where one felt like an inconvenience.

Excellent, discreet location with a breathtaking view. Rooms with a modern design, equipped with everything you could want on a vacation, a fabulous breakfast. In conclusion, a unique, wonderful getaway to a place that makes you come back. ❤️

Food and service in Magnolias was stunning. View from the gardens and pool were beautiful

Reception staff were very helpful but not quite as friendly as we would have liked. The air conditioning didn’t work in our bedroom and although we were offered an alternative room we felt we were being awkward.

The location was super nice, over looking San Marino, the same for the pool! Breakfeast was really good, though somewhat little choice to be honest.

The size of the room, We did not go for the most expensive option, so the room was really tiny. Which was fine, as we stayed for 2 nights only. But yeah... for the general price, it could have been a bit bigger.
