Boutique resort located on a beautiful beach with spacious hotel rooms centrally located in St. Lawrence Gap with many restaurant options & food shopping.

There were no sun umbrellas at the resort pool and the daily reason given was “high wind warnings from the government.” Meanwhile all the surrounding resorts had umbrellas both on the beach & at their pools. Many guests were extremely frustrated and disappointed and do not plan to return to this resort, sadly. Management needs to purchase umbrella stands made of a sturdier / heavier metal capable of withstanding the high winds. If Management is in the process of purchasing new stands/umbrellas, inform your guests to help reduce their anxiety.

Very convenient location. It is a beach front property so I get to wake up to the waves and seeing the ocean. There was a restaurant on location. The convenience of an elevator was a plus. Shopping, pharmacy, restaurants, fast food and gas station were very very close. Walking distance to 6mix, a lovely hill spot.

The scent in the room. The hotel should try to neutralize the odor in the room left by previous guests I assume over a period of time. I didn’t like the breakfast I ordered from the in-house restaurant. Other than that a great stay.

Location is superb! The beach and the pool were very enjoyable, especially as it was quiet and very private, although all the beaches in Barbados are public. Grocery stores were within a few hundred metres and lots of choice of restaurants - all walkable! Beautiful sunsets.

Would have liked some more basic supplies eg. Coffee, tea bags etc. Dish soap was provided when we requested. Hand/Face soap was supplied but no shampoo or conditioner, not a problem as we had our own.

The rooms are massive and love that it was a small property and everyone had views of the ocean. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to two grocery stores and multiple restaurants.

The rooms are a little outdated. This didn’t bother use. You also have to rent beach chairs and umbrellas, the price is very reasonable and the man is nice.

We loved the beachfront location! Open the gate and you’re on the beach. White sand and water the most beautiful color of blue, palm trees, just gorgeous . Every room has a view from the balcony. The ground floor rooms open to the pool, great for our friends who have two little boys. Everyone who works here was super helpful and friendly. Supermarkets nearby so you can prepare some meals in the room or sit by the pool and order lunch from the menu. The pool was wonderful and warm. Rooms are big!

I liked everything and will be back. My only suggestions would be 1) a better arrangement for chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Directly in front of the hotel a guy comes and sets up chairs and umbrellas for rent but they look pretty old and I never knew what time he’d arrive.2) better frying pan in room, a mixing bowl and a sharp knife.

One of the best locations on the island, unless you want excessive luxury and in-house nightlife. Large, clean room with a full kitchen. Large balcony with beautiful view (get upper floor, west end if possible). Building is 23 years old but looks new. Pool area never crowded, chairs always available. Immediate beach is small but ideal. A low key facility, no touristy vibes. Fast food 2 minutes away, excellent restaurants 5 minutes by bus or taxi, or 15-20 minutes walk. Beach bars almost next door. Gazebo bar by the pool.

A minor point but the restaurant is for use only when you really need it, eg for first breakfast. Otherwise grocery next door and supermarkets 5 minutes walk away for breakfast (and lunch?) on the balcony.

Location is wonderful - go through the locked gate and you're on the beach. Also ideal for a short walk into The Gap for lively nightlife. There are, however, a few local bars and restaurants even closer - we tried those too. Massey's grocery five minutes walk, as is another food store (with an amazing range of vegan products). Also Worthing Square Food Court is nearby - a number of food trucks and stalls with plenty of seating, and a stage with live music/DJ. Good fun on most nights of the week. This is quite a small hotel and it felt like being at home. Staff were the BEST! All were super friendly, chatty, helpful and seemed to enjoy their work day. Our room was lovely - from the photos it looked a little dated - but I think it's just the style. Everything was very comfortable and clean. Very well equipped for cooking also. Large balcony overlooking the ocean too -what more could we wish for?

Nothing. Perhaps the pool bar could have stayed open longer but with it being a small hotel it is probably not financially viable to do so.

I loved the friendly staff and the awesome location convenient to grocery store, shopping, dining, night life all in walking distance l. I loved that I had the pool to myself most of the the time. Pop view and ocean view from the room was great The diner served very good food. We are there 3 or 4 times out of our 8 day stay. Nothing to complain about there. Did I mention how clean the pool was free of all debris. The property was very secure. I also appreciateed the music that came from the Sands next store, it brought life to our otherwise for quiet surroundings

I didn't like the ever so small beach that did look like the ad. I didn't like the immaculate amount of seaweed washed to shore. Although a taxi ride away were many beached with clear blue water So it wasn't really a problem It was actually awesome for a change of scenery l The worst part were the invisible mosquitos that lodged in the room, tire me to Pisces My body looks like a heroin attic with the plethora of me sabbed furocious bites. One of my bites has to be a spider with an reaction that swelled and created boils leaving a 2nd degree like burn mark Then the little red ants or whatever they where that clustered on the deck table and inside dresser Maybe need to look into outsourcing pest control and raid is Not It

Cleaning services were very good. The apartments have a small kitchen that is very useful. It is in front of the beach. The location is quite and nice.

The beds could be bigger. The poolside bar most of the time did not have someone to service.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for you. We had an amazing room that over looked the pool, a wonderful view of the beach and sea. The pool is on the small side but being right on the beach negated that issue. We certainly will be booking to come back next year but for 2 weeks instead of one!!

Bed wasn’t particularly comfortable…
