The view from the room - wow! And the seating in the restaurant - 2 meters from the lake. Double wow! Breakfast was lovely, parking garage was a nice option (and highly appreciated). We also loved the restaurant (decided to have dinner there 2 nights in a row). Plenty of sun loungers and a stair to take swim in the lake.

It has nothing to do with the hotel, but the timetable for the ferry... could be a little easier to read. There is a dock, right in front of the hotel, and you can take a ferry for a daytrip to Limone / probably somewhere else. But decoding the timetable... that was a little too much. We managed to crack 90% of the informatuin, but never understood the color coding, sinse there was no legend for that Anyhow, it is actually a really nice bonus - to have a little ferry stop right in front of the hotel.

Location was great, with a terrace restaurant with wide opened windows directly to the lake front. Great choice of various meals, all.of them were delisious. The whole staff was very kind and helpful. The buidling wasn't new but it has a soul. The owner was very involved with evey part of activity. The swimming pool was little to small for olders kids but its not a disadvantage, rather a notice for future. All amentities were modern and works properly.

Literally next to the lake, the location is very nice, the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. They have a cute robot called bob :-)

Very subtle thing, we think it would be appreciated if the outside pool was heated, even in the summer it is colder than the lake, but other than this everything was perfect.

Where do I start...? The experience at this hotel was incredible. Super friendly staff who make you feel really welcome. Fantastic breakfast that you can have outside, sitting at arm's length of the lake - the views can't get any better! Everything was neat and tidy, our room (for a family of 4) was of very good size, comfortable and air-conditioned all the time. (I've been to hotels that switch off AC centrally during the day - no issue like that here). You can rent bikes or SUPs at no extra charge. Staff put deck chairs and bean bags out at the lake every day, so you can sit there and feel like you're on your private beach. The hotel is located a little below the main road, so it's shielded from the cars and motorbikes noise, which is great. At the same time, it's in the centre of the municipality, so you have a few more restaurants and bars around the corner. I would return there in a heartbeat!

Air conditioning was a bit noisy and there could have been a little more room for clothes (like a chest of drawers or something similar), but compared with everything else that was so good, these were minor things.

This boutique hotel was absolutely wonderful next to Lake Garda. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were nicely presented and I especially liked the garage parking as I was travelling in a classic car. Special mention to Roberta who was exceptionally helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. A great stay!

The location is ideal for a swim in the lake. It’s quieter than some of the other towns which we loved. The paddle boards were fab to hire. The pool was refreshing and great for the children.

Some of the staff could have been friendlier in the restaurant but the hotel staff were lovely.

Wonderful staff, amazing breakfast spread, room was large clean and well looked after.

The air con in the room didn’t quite go low enough for us but we run warm so probably fine for most people.

Excellent garden if you prefer a relaxed atmosphere. Easy access to the lake. Great location for walking/running by the lakeshore. Convenient nearby parking garage included.

The moment we stepped in, we were received by woman from the front desk. She was very unhelpful, gave VERY confusing responses to very simple questions and had a sarcastic laugh all the time. When it was time for check out, she scanned our Mastercard several times for the full amount: it didn’t work. Then, she scanned it for the half amount, it didn’t work the first time, but it worked the second time. But, randomly, the bank statement said that an extra 600€ was charged, even though she said she didn’t charge that. We called the bank, and we confirmed that it was the hotel that charged us 600, even though she did not charge us this. It was supposed to be a great holiday in Italy, but we are very ashamed of this terrible check-in and check-out experience by front desk.
