I liked the fact that the hotel was very fresh in decor. It was bright and gave a very relaxed and holiday feel. The location was absolutely great, while being bang in the city centre it was also located on the quieter side of the street. It was easy to locate. We could walk to the markets. Rooms were very nice and were comfortable and had everything I expected in a boutique hotel. The staff was amazing. They were very courteous and helpful. Right from the guy at the reception who checked us in (very polite, well spoken and helpful staff.. sorry but didn't get his name) to every staff I interacted with. I would totally recommend this hotel to everyone and would come back to stay here again. I plan to book a Bloom hotel again in one of the other cities.

Well to be honest I stayed for just a night but things that could be avoided would be .. not keep cleaning equipment in the passage. Make less noise while cleaning the rooms. Have a little partition in the bathroom so water doesn't go all over the place while in the shower. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay. .

During my recent 4-night stay at Bloom Hotel Koramangala in Bengaluru, I was genuinely impressed by the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. The rooms and common areas were consistently spotless, exceeding my expectations. Equally noteworthy was the professionalism and efficiency of the staff, who provided excellent service without being overly friendly. I definitely recommend Bloom Hotel for its exceptional cleanliness and service to anyone visiting Koramangala, Bengaluru.

There was nothing that I could think of, except that the exhaust fan in the bathroom was louder than I expected. :)

The room was big and spacious. The breakfast was affordable and good. Overall the stay and food was value for money. The hotel is tech savvy as you can type the keyword in chat to resolve any issues.

The bathroom curtain could be a little closer to the shower space that would avoid water spilling over over your dry side of bathroom.

The property is located at the heart of the city. Easy to get cabs and nearby eat outs. The staff’s were courteous and polite. The room is very tidy and amble space. Overall we had a good experience at Bloom hotel, Koramangala.

It’s a suggestion if they could include some more variety of foods. We were not having much option from the hotel menu.

We travelled as a group of 12 and we found the location, staff, facilities and breakfast all good and to our expectations based on all the good reviews we saw before booking tgis place.

it was in a nice area full of restaurants and cafes very clean room and hotel! bed was a little too firm for my taste, but everyone has their own preferences bathroom was a little darker and less fresh than I expected - no air conditioning reached it either, making it humid and hot staff was attentive and helpful, perhaps even a bit too helpful sometimes

Very clean and tidy room and bathroom. All required amenities provided ( some on request ). Rooms were spacious.

During check in ( late midnight )the reception staff insisted on having separate mail ID / phone number of husband and wife eventhough we had provided passport as identity for both. This felt like breach of privacy and unnecessary collection of personal data and delay in check in procedure.
