The rooms appeared to have been recently renovated and were fresh and inviting. There was an up to date smart tv with quite a large screen and all the furniture and fixings were new. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning very effective (luckily as it was a very warm day). We appreciated the microwave supplied

Being picky it would have been nice to have a toaster and perhaps a couple of bowls and plates. Also the design of the shower means that the floor of the bathroom gets quite wet. These issues are only minor and we thought that this room was great value for money and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Happy with location of motel with BP station next to it with food to dine in or take away when arrived at 9 pm. The self check in was easy thru the phone at the un-man reception with key code to open the room door. Room looks new, clean, big HDTV. There’s bed heating and also aircon heating. Happy with bathroom and hot water flow was quick. Great for an overnight stay before heading to Adelaide. There’s a big Lobster sculpture nearby but the restaurant next to it is merely served fish & chips. It was raining the next morning and didn’t get to walk around the parks there.

Somehow the boiled hot water in the kettle became cloudy, probably due to the hard water in the area. Buy bottled water If you are concerned. It will be good if management can put a notice for assurance that the boiled hot water in kettle will become cloudy and it is normal.

Everything. The room was newly renovated and therefore beautiful and very clean. The beds were amazing, the TV was massive, and the tea and coffee facilities were great. Microwave was an added bonus. The bathroom was also great.

Nothing. However, food for thoughts: an extractor fan in the bathroom would be great. The shower head is massive, which is amazing but splatters water everywhere. Shower gel and stuff were great, but refillable bottles would be better. Some sort of net curtain for a bit of privacy without having to shut the curtains.

A very easy check in system, almost like a completely self serve motel, rooms were simple and well laid out and the beds were comfy, motel was easy to find and in a pretty good spot, not far from food and fuel. A great lil spot overall to stay and see Kingston, even Robe not being that far down the road either

Wasn't much at all that had us disappointed, was a great place, but a few very nit picky things we noticed like room 6's roller bathroom door didn't like to stay closed, it kept rolling open and would like slightly better ventilation for the bathrooms alswell.

Amazing! Good location, clean room, new and modern indoor facility. Self checkin is so convenient!

The only suggestion is that duvets should be provided rather than blankets coz it's quite cold at night, and having aircon on all night is not a good option. Also the ventilation of the bathroom might be an issue in the long term which may damage the facilities due to the moisture.

We were upgraded to a very nice room. As we had stayed here on other occasions, we knew there was a microwave, which meant we could heat our Light'nEasy meals, which are made for our age and dietary requirements. Although the motel is contactless, when we had trouble with the room lock, a quick phone call fixed this. Parking was a breeze, right outside our room.

Very clean and modern, comfortable beds, convenient for our Melbourne-Adelaide travel. Express check in was amazing, no fuss and straight into the room out of the rain.

The shower head, while impressive, was massive! Combined with no shower door, it was hard not to flood the bathroom with water splashing everywhere, especially with two children.

Easy to find, clean, comfy bed, easy parking.

Remote check-in ie received a text message with code for our room - saw no one. Probably a bit old fashioned but I like to check in with a real person not by text or phone call. No bowls or plates in the room but phone number left in case we needed any. No shower door so whole bathroom got wet when showering.

The room was clean, but the wind had blown dirt & leaves in when the last person/cleaner had left. But they swept it up the next morning when they were notified, as there wasn't a broom in the cupboard. The self-check in was good.

That there was no screen door on the shower, water got on most of the floor from the shower as it was a huge shower rose.

Great location, great price. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well furnished, and the bathroom was equally as lovely. Nice contactless system

Was a bit confusing at first as no one was at the desk for check-in. However it ended up working very flawlessly with all the codes to your room being texted to you, as opposed to key cards
