The young man at the front desk was most helpful. I had a question about a certain store, and he told me where the best one was. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. Also, the property is nice and well kept.

The button on the elevator needs to be replaced for a few floors. A few of them did not light up.

I loved the fact that it was very clean and comfortable

The check out hours needs to be changed. When I booked it stated that check out was at 12 but the morning of our departure it was stated check out was at 11a. Other than that my stay was wonderful

Got charged on hold credit card for a different amount and asked them to charge a different credit card upon arrival they then charged us an extra 75.00 on that card too.

Great location, clean, polite friendly staff.

No fresh coffee in the lobby it was mud. Only one elevator in as working and took forever (even during the “no peak” times) Breakfast should be included for what we paid for one night.

When I got there the lady told me to sign the documents but didn’t not mention anything about none smoking in the room and I was charged a 255 fee just because she didn’t mention I feel as if that was not right . She did not read what was aloud and not aloud ,only she mention was about the bar and pool times. I was in room 326 and think I deserve a refund .On the front of the door it said I could smoke so why was I charged this fee .

It was very clean with no disturbing noise. It had an indoor pool and a bar and grill located inside the hotel

Booking.com and hotel got crossed up somehow and canceled room. Took a couple of hours on phone to hopefully resolve issue. I mistakenly stated this in review of Tallahassee Holiday Inn. My apologies to them.

Friendly and Dinner was very good

Breakfast at 8:30 pans were empty

the location right off the interstate was convenient and the number of restaurants in the vicinity was also a plus

The price was a little steep considering the quality of hotel and the location in middle of no where. when I say that I’m referring to the fact that it wasn’t close to any entertainment or venue that may drive up the price

didn't eat breakfast here but my friend did and it was great! He had just about everything that was offered.
