Every single member of staff I met from the moment I arrived to the moment I left were warm, helpful, authentic, and human. At every point they were accommodating and friendly and made so many little things about the trip so much easier. Every hotel in the world will tell you 'welcome' but this hotel was the first in a long time that actually made me feel welcome.

The hotel is a little further out from town than I expected but that made it closer to the venue of the event I was attending ( a wedding) so it was convenient for me. There are also regular busses or a short taxi ride to get into the city centre, which I did, and was pleasantly surprised at what a lovely little city it is.

The friendliness of the staff was up and above normal hotel standards. They went out of their way to help with anything I asked. The bathroom was great with a huge screened area to shower and ample space to ready yourself for a business trip day. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also great with a huge selection of different options depending on your needs. Ideal location for audi leasing handover and to catch a quick football game.

No coffee/tea making facilities in the room but I believe drinks can be obtained from the bar/reception. A long walk to the closest restaurant or convenience store (car required for most trips)

Location on a newly developing area outside of town. 50 mins walk or 20 mins bike ride to town. Modern, comfortable hotel with good rooms and facilities. Breakfast was one of the best I've experienced - extensive and attentive staff keeping the breakfast well stocked.

No dinner service available - but some restaurants in the area.

Location is just fine, lot of space for parking, very comfortable room, very clean and breakfast was good… Stuff are very friendly and kind

Internet access wasn’t working

We were just passing by and this was perfect for our needs. All the amenieties were there, nothing to complain about. The breakfast.. omg. Superb!

You need a car to move around, the hotel is far from the city center. There are supermarkets, some other shops and a McDonald near by though.

Located next to the Cariad office so quite convenient. Breakfast was good.

A bit too expensive for the value you get but I think the location makes it so expensive.

spacious and very clean rooms, very comfortable bed and sparkling clean bathroom. Excellent breakfast with a very big variety of food: different kind of bread, cheese, salmon, granola and fruits. stuff very kind and helpful.

This is a nice hotel, rich breakfast, very helpful staff. Room is simple but comfortable and everything you need is there. Location is in suburbs in a kind of industrial area.
