Good hotel in a central location, close to the old city centre. So you can walk around and see the main sights.

I was told at the reception that the sauna would be open at 5pm. When I got there, it was closed. I checked the hotel's website and it said 6pm, so I waited. At 6pm it was still closed. But I did not go back to the reception to ask about it... in the end, did not get to go to the sauna, which was actually the reason I booked this hotel in the first place.

Great location. Good size family room. Friendly and helpful front desk staff always with a smile and giving good recommendations. Building has lift. Car park provided.

We were in the opposite block and WiFi was bad in the room. Had to stay near the main door to connect otherwise further in no connection. Bed rather soft for comfort and seems uneven(head lower then the leg). Afternoon rather hot as room has no aircon, even with the 1 window fully open. Should provide a fan for better circulation. Should provide tea/coffee maker

Bed was a single which I booked but very comfortable breakfast was very nice good selection of hot and cold food. Great location in the Aldstadt not far from the train station

Extremely clean room, parking was 9 euros, but well worth it for the location and underground safety.

Location - perfect, staff - some are kind, some not so, there is no air-conditioning in the room, breakfast - super, roof top yard - super, bed and pillows - super, very clean, quite rooms. Options for online check-in and check-out.

The hotel has a great downtown location, near to many Restaurants. The stuff is really polite, the check in was really professionell. Nice pictures in the rooms... ;)

there wasn't something I did not like.

It was clean and very accommodating.

I could have done with a kettle in the room.
