Breakfast was one of the best I have ever come across. I really enjoy the German breakfast with its crusty rolls and assorted meats, egg and salads. This breakfast had everything including hot food to satisfy anyone and which was accompanied by excellent service. Ten out of ten. I also liked the generous touch of offering chilled bottles of water. I used that facility and I also bought some of the drinks that were on sale. A very useful facility. I was also grateful that the two excellent lifts worked faultlessly. My room was modern and spotlessly clean. I managed to speak to the member of housekeeping staff who cleaned my room each day and found her charming and helpful.

Nothing struck me as being in need of review.

We liked our room. Breakfast was very nice indeed! Very handy for centre of Hameln. Parking was annoying - only a few places next to the hotel. The staff didn’t explain clearly about the underground car park. We thought we could park there for free. However when we were checking out the receptionist wasn’t very pleasant when explaining the payment - I think it as more her ‘tone of voice’? However, we paid the 9.5 euros as that was a reasonable amount- it really was more about the attitude/ tone.

No kettle in the room. No bar. Not many parking slots.

The room was excellent. The view over Hameln was perfect. The location is superb. The staff especially Michael the manager and the cleaning lady went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The only sad point was that the bar was no longer there.

The bar was no longer there so the contact with other guests was minimal. Shame as I expect many interesting people were staying there.

The Hotel is well situated, and has a very friendly staff. The breakfast choices were excellent, and were well pr3epared. The location being so close to the town center was a bonus.

There were NO gratis coffee/tea making facilities in the room. NO air conditioning in the rooms. We had to leave the veranda door open to get some fresh air. No restaurant/bar for evening meals or relaxation.

coming to Mercure Hameln since years : breakfast is very good, location excellent. very friendly staff at reception and breakfast price/quality : very good

since covid : swmimming pool is closed machine to make fresh orange jus is removed, no more napkins on the tables since the change of policy : hotel is only stay and breakfast no more possibility to have dinner or even a drink on the terrace we come mostly over the WE, rooms are not cleaned : lack of cleaning staff

The breakfast choice was very good indeed, varied and good selection of hot and cold foods. Waitering staff were very friendly and helpful. Reception staff were also very helpful and gave us every assistance possible.

Maybe a small fridge in the room could be considered

No-nonsense business-like hotel. Excellent breakfast and nice rooms with a balcony. Decent desk with ac outlets if you have to work on business trips.

Parking space in front of hotel is very limited and not expected for such business-like hotels. A drawback is the fact that a restaurant at the property is lacking, but the city center is at walking distance featuring a variety of food facilities.

Parking was poor and not thought through…..especially for motorcycles. Breakfast was a strange affair with the offerings swarmed over by cycling groups…not good

Stayed here many times over the years. Business traveler, safe, covered parking downstairs or limited parking directly in-front of hotel (lucky to get one of these spots), Convenient location for Hameln old town and easy access to industrial areas by car, only 2mins walk into town once parked up. Classic German clean, functional business traveler chain hotel. Can't go wrong.

No restaurant anymore, just b-fast room.

Location excellent for us, as visiting relations locally. A short walk into the town, a small park outside, and open air Market at weekend. Hotel staff excellent and always helpful.

Can't think of anything.
