This is the kind of accommodation we love: quiet, with an amazing view, situated above the town center—far enough from the chaos and crowds of busy Capri island. Surrounded by nature, with animals and lemon trees all around. Everything we wished for. Honestly, after seeing how chaotic and crowded Capri’s central areas were upon our arrival, this became our favorite spot on the whole island. A lovely breakfast in nature with a stunning view. Dinner as well (The antipasto was excellent). The host was very kind and made every effort to ensure guests were comfortable.

Dinner was far too expensive — just like everything on Capri. Prices are clearly inflated island-wide. The meat did not meet the quality we expected. What we liked the least was the complete lack of transparency: there was no menu with prices, nobody explained costs up front, and by the end of our stay we were afraid to order anything because we had no idea how much they would charge for food and drinks. We also had no way to verify what had been billed to us. People generally plan their budgets and want to know in advance what to expect.

Our stay at Agriturismo del Sole was unforgettable. It was exactly what we hoped for and more. Luigi and his wife have created a hidden gem in Anacapri, and honestly, I hesitate to write this review because I don’t want it to get so popular that we can’t book it again. Three things made this stay truly special:     1.    The hospitality. Luigi and his wife were exceptionally warm and generous. They offered to pick us up from the Anacapri bus stop and later gave us a ride to our taxi, completely free of charge. When we arrived, they welcomed us with drinks and took time to walk us through a map of Capri, sharing thoughtful local tips.     2.    The views. Absolutely breathtaking. From the property, you get panoramic sunsets and a stunning view of Ischia. Both evenings, we sat outside with a bottle of wine, watching the sun go down in peace. No crowds, no noise, just the occasional peacock or bunny wandering by. Pure magic.     3.    The food. Incredible. The first night we had a multi-course meal featuring antipasti, beef, and dessert. The second night was barbecue, pasta, and a selection of homemade sweets. Everything was delicious and fairly priced, much better value than most places on the island. This was a once-in-a-lifetime kind of stay. Generous hosts, jaw-dropping views, and truly memorable meals. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

A piece of paradise, stunning views, and charming environment. Very well-maintained garden, beautiful lemon trees, and lovely animals ( rabbits, peacock). The owners, Luigi and Alfonsina, are lovely and very helpful. We were picked up at the bus station and dropped back at checkout, which was very convenient considering the luggage management. The breakfast is excellent, very good quality of food. We had dinner at their restaurant twice, and the food was the best we had in Italy. Strongly recommend this place for the gorgeous views, the gastronomic food, and for the friendly staffy.

We stayed at the Deluxe room with patio. It was an ok room but outdated. It would be nice to modernize it. This place is a wonderful asset full of charme.

Our room and bathroom were very simple but it did have an outdoor seating area. The property does have larger rooms available. The grounds of the property were beautiful. It has an outdoor common seating area with an incredible view, especially of the sunsets. Our kids loved that they could walk around and see rabbits, goats, sheep and peacocks. The restaurant had the best breakfast we have had in Italy and I highly recommend the dinner there as well. This is a small family business run by an extremely kind and helpful couple. It is within walking distance to everything in Anacapri. Luigi picked us up from the bus station and dropped us off at a more convenient spot the day we left. I hope to return to this magical place in the future.

Luigi and Alfonsina are a delight! They go above and beyond to make their guests feel at home and have the best possible experience at Capri. And their Agroturism del Sole is such a beautiful place. The view is breath-taking all day long. Breakfast is delicious! Alfonsina truly pays attention to every detail, and they use tons of the biologically grown products they produce in their land. Same goes for dinner. And be ready to see rabbits and peacocks 🦚 running freely around the property! The rooms are tidy and clean. But don't expect anything fancy! Simplicity is the name of the game here. Lastly, it is easy to walk to Anacapri historic center and the main bus stations to get everywhere I the island. Highly recommended and would return to this Agroturismo every time when visiting Capri.

Everything is very expensive in Capri, so expect to pay at least twice as much you would anywhere else in Italy. But that's a thing for the whole island, I actually think Luigi and Alfonsina are pretty reasonable with prices.

Idyllic place. Stunning sunsets. Fantastic breakfasts are included. Dinners are amazing and well worth the price. Wonderful friendly hosts. A little piece of heaven in Anacapri. The bunnies hopping around, lemon trees, bird of paradise and the peacocks! Easy 10 minute walk into town to catch a bus to Blue Grotto, Faro, Capri or Marina Grande. Also walkable to Monte Solaro chairlift, Villa San Michele and Chiesa San Michele Arcangelo.. They will pick you up from the bus station in Anacapri to help you with luggage. Can't wait to come back!

Luigi & Alphonsina were great hosts. We got a little lost in finding this B&B but when we drove up the driveway and looked at the view all that stress just drifted away. Gorgeous location, so quiet & peaceful - beautiful gardens with lemon trees and animals ( rabbits & peacocks) We got a lovely welcome drink & Luigi provided us with a map & places to visit on our stay. Room was nice & clean Breakfast & dinner was simply amazing - the best food forever! We can't wait to come back :-)

This place is absolutely adorable, what an amazing find and I felt like id found a piece of paradise. Also it must have one of the best views on the island. It's so hard to write everything that is good about this property as there is so much to tell you. The welcome was so warm and friendly from Luigi, he was aghast when we told him we had walked from the harbour up the 1000 steps into Anacapri where the bus goes to and then on to his hotel. He said he would have come to get us from the bus stop but we only had one case and although it was a challenge, we loved the views on the way up. In hindsight, we should have done this when we didn't have luggage with us but hey ho! We were welcomed with a big smile and a welcome drink, there were lots of Italians eating there for lunch and to me, that is usually a sign of a good Italian restaurant. It is a little farm so there are rabbits running about, sometimes a peacock comes to breakfast with you and they also have goats, a sheep and other wildfowl. It was like a scene from Snow White at times but lovely for the children who were allowed to pet the animals. The room was well equipped and had its own beautiful little sun trap of a terrace, not that you were short of beautiful places to bask in the sun, like the hammocks and tables with that sea view, perfect for watching the sunset. The room had a little fridge too and it was a nice size with a comfortable bed. The food was absolutely sublime. Breakfast was fresh orange juice, croissants and jam, crostini, Eggs and tomatoes, fruit and coffee. It was served not buffet style so everyone got the same. Dinner was such a high standard, a real luxury. 3 courses and desert if you wish too. It was about 50-60 euros a head but that was with some drinks and compared to other restaurants in Capri, I felt it was very good value for money, especially when they were serving steak and other good quality meats.

It's not an English speaking place. Whatever you say to Luigi, he will nod, smile and say thank you so use Google translate if you have any complicated questions. I am a big softie when it comes to animals and I didn't;t like to see the baby rabbits in tiny cages only being brought out when it was time to play with the children. Id like to see them have a bigger enclosure but there may be a reason for that, Im no expert. Touristy things If you get a chance and you are fit, take the 1000 steps to the harbour. We also hired mopeds and managed to see the whole of the island in 3 hours. The cable car is a must. The Blue Cave is lovely but ridiculously expensive for 5 minutes.

The perfect stay in Anacapri, it is only around 500m from the center by foot and all the shops, supermarkets and bus stops. The view is perfect, 1000 times better than on the pictures. Luigi and his wife were great hosts, he picked me up when I arrived by bus and he was very helpful for all the questions and tips. Also the food they prepared was delicious. Cant wait to go back and enjoy the breakfast with a million dollar view again. Look no further, this is the perfect apartment in Anacapri.

We had a wonderful stay, we have just left and are already missing being there. The hosts are gracious and caring. The breakfast was delicious and set you up for the day. We are at the property every night, and the food was fabulous along with the home made red wine. The property is within an easy walk to Anacapri, where buses are available. There is a walk to the lighthouse which has an amazing view. If you are thinking about staying here, my advice is to just do it. It is wonderful.
