I loved my stay in SRF Hotel, I enjoyed every thing, Location is very good near everything, 5 minutes walk to reach Carsi tram stop Which is the most Central in Eskisehir all shops and restaurants are nearby... I want to thank Zeliha in the reception really a fantastic woman who did her best to make my stay comfortable even she give me (Eskart), the rechargeable card for public transport for free , thanks Zeliha, also I want to thank Suleyman in reception very kind man advise me a lot and facilitate my stay in Eskisehir, , Dondu in breakfast room was kind , Always smile, very welcoming, any thing I need in breakfast she satisfied it within seconds Also all reception staff were very welcoming and kind But I am sorry I don't remember their names... I highly recommend SRF HOTEL,If I visited Eskisehir again for sure I will book again in SRF HOTEL... all rooms in SRF HOTEL has jacuzzi in bathroom it was fantastic Thanks SRF HOTEL and thanks all the staff

The hotel boasted good location, conveniently close to numerous attractions and restaurants. The front desk staff were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating, even going out of their way to fulfill our request for an early breakfast to facilitate our departure for our next destination.

While the front staff provided excellent service, I would recommend that they refrain from smoking in close proximity to guests, primarily for health considerations.

The location is charming,close to Porsuk river,quiet,the bed very large and confortable,breakfast,the same every day but good and enough

We stayed there 5 days(4night)and they didnt clean yhe room once,didnt change the towels or the sheets.The air conditioning was pretty lazy(lucky was not too warm ın the night)…

We were there for only one night during our trip to Alanis, the hotel is ok, it served the purpose very well. The good thing about it is also the secured parking, this party of the city has very narrow streets and without having where to park the car it would be a nightmare.

No problems for our short stay.

Considering the location and the price, this is probably the best bargain you can find in Eskisehir. Although the hotel is a bit worn out and with limited facilities, it had everything we needed: comfy room and bed, adequate size bathroom, good breakfast, very friendly staff. I personally liked the design too. Sound isolation was not ideal but better than in many more expensive hotels. All in all, a very good hotel experience.

Breakfast was just great and the location was perfect for us as a 1 night stay - over on our road trip. Very cute, comfortable hotel.

We were happy with everything. Maybe an extra roll of toilet paper for 3 people would have been useful.

My room was clean, large, comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and the breakfast woman was full of smiles, which made for a great way to start the day. Also, a great location that is on a quiet street.

I am not sure if it was my room location (Room 23) or the hotel overall, but the wifi was terrible as it was extremely slow and would often just cut out. If you need to do any work online, this probably is not the best option for you.

The room is nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable.

Only 1 power point in the room.Some Light swithes not working. Lighting very dim.Too dark to read. Shower screen above bath was not wide enough to stop water splasing onto the floor during showering.

The hotel is incredible, a true haven of peace. You can immediately see that the staff are passionate about what they do, and this is reflected in the comfort of the stay. Very accommodating, I was able to get all the services I expected. If I stay in Eskişehir again, I will definitely come back to this hotel”

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and it was a really great experience! Guys at reception are very welcoming, it is a nice and warm atmosphere They gave me a sense of security which is especially important when you are a solo traveler not in a big city. They helped me a lot with navigating through the city and even called places for me. Hotel is right in the center, ask for food recommendations, they will suggest going to a local restaurant Breakfast is simple, but you have all you need
