For couple the selected room is very nice.Selected superior family room for comfortable stay. Room - 4.5* - fan is not available at room Breakfast at hotel- 3* - average not that good and table cleaning is not proper it's somewhat dirty Location -5* Staff services - 4.5 * Cab facility for sight seeing - 4.5* Early check in and late check-out :- not possible in on season time.For late check-out we booked 1 night with full amount.Hotel staff said 1 hr extra staying also we need to pay complete amount for next day. In description of hotel it is mentioned cab facility for pickup is available.we didn't used the pickup service, we used drop service with that also minimum charges they took 200 we thought it is free of cost. Near by location - Lake- 500m Bus stop - 300m, bryant park- 500m and coackers walk- 500m. In kodaikanal plastic usage is partially banned so carry your own water bottle. You will get 5 liter bottle only no half liter or one liter bottles. Don't book cab for these near by location in kodaikanal they are charging 300rs for near by location. Good hotels for eating - Hilltop, Aromas and evening snacks Chilli's.

Hotel stay was good. Staff was good, hotel is clean and location is good. Some issues hotel can address easily. Rooms has no AC or fan, and windows cannot be kept open due to mosquitos. Room environment becoms humid and soffocating. Cleaning persons keep them open during daily cleaning which gives free access to mosquitos to accompany them with us for rest of evening. They can think of mosquito net and fan. Internet was poor and missing most of time. Still hotel has more positives to recommend it to friends.

Great location within walking distance to the bus stand, town centre and the lake, while super quiet at night. Plenty good quality eateries just 2 minutes up the road - very happy with non Indian joints such as Tibetan Brothers, Aby's cafe and Pulney Hill cafe. Despite the fittings and furnishings are old fashioned, our triple room features a sunny front porch, the room is spacious enough to fit with 2 large arm chairs and a coffee table. The bed is comfortable, duvet is warm, bathroom is clean, water is hot and strong, wifi is good. Staff are friendly, the manager recommended Mr Johnson who organised a fun day trip including jeep safari and light trekking in an offbeat area. Very different from the dusty, noisy and rather chaotic Munnar town, Kodaikanal town is smaller, calmer, cooler, air is fresher, a really pleasant hill station to chill out. On Sunday, the whole day farmer's market is on the road just outside the hotel, it's quite interesting to walk around and observe the local life.

No shower head so we have to use the bucket to bath, not a big deal although it would be great if we could shower properly.

The location in close proximity to the Kodaikanal lake, and in the middle of the weekly market. So we were able to make purchase of some fresh veggies and fruits. The purchase was proved cheaper the next day, when we enquired prices at other parts of Kodaikanal.

The location being in the middle of market, sunday being a market day, we were not able to drive our car straight in to the hotel. After leaving the car in the GH, opposite to it, we checked in and then, with the support of the staff, adjusted few shops in the market to get our car in. This problem may not be there on other days. Being by the side of main road, noise was there till late night.

The hotel is close to the lake at a walking distance. Breakfast spread is decent. Value of money is good. Room & the bathroom was clean.

Freshness of the linen & towels should be improved. We were too tired after a long journey to request for a change, however this is something that the hotel should provide by default.

Cosy and comfortable rooms. I don't know why people crib about this place. But let me tell you it's a good property for a stay. It has all the basic facilities for the stay in that budget. A slight Crack on the floor and the basin should not be bothering. Staff was courteous. I was happy with my stay.

Toiletries were missing.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly Mr. Ravi guided us properly to have a wonderful stay in Kodaikanal. Location is great. Covered parking space is available. Rooms are clean and sufficiently big. Breakfast is good.

They start serving breakfast very late at 08:30 am (some times even later than that).

Room was clean with the essentials. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again."

We liked the stay, staff who helped me for getting taxi. Also the breakfast was very good. Couldn't have dinner since I was a pure vegetarian

The bath fittings like comod and hot water could be even better for the money paid. They should think of expanding the facility on those in the. Coming days.

I stayed two nights with family, location was good, room was spacious and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and neatly maintained. The interior of the room looks classy. The process of check-in was smooth and the staffs were friendly and polite. The Kodai Lake and Bryant Park is just a 10-min walk from the hotel, which is a good advantage.

They don't prepare breakfast in the hotel, they packed somewhere and serve here. Due to this, the food didn't retain its hotness which is must for its climate. Taste was not so great, both the days they served Idly, Poori, Vada, Upma & Boiled eggs, not worthy break fast. The hotel was overpriced for the facilities.
