This place is very family friendly and people are very nice. The place feels it is in the middle of everything (I mean busy place) but that what you get if you chose to stay close to city. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was Cosy and nice, although there were couple of thing like tv not working, hot water was always available but the tap was acting up a bit.. Everything else was superb. They had campfire in the evening with music, children play area, ample parking space...

Nothing much to say actually, some negative points above are just minor inconvenience but not issue for us..

One of the best and excellent place to reside. One the excellent services and support from the staff. I can definitely recommend you all to chose this location for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Among the staff Mr Vargees is the main strength and wonderful person who is really very supportive and helpful, my Satisfaction Rating 10/10 for Residing and for staff Mr . Vargees 10/10

The location, building, layout, flowers, rooms, food in the restaurant. Very good.

No provision for the driver who drove us there. No arrangement for their shelter, tea or food. This is not acceptable. You must make some arrangements for them too as most hotels do. This is necessary.

Ambience and cleanliness was topnotch. The staff helped a lot for during the stay also for early checkin

Bathroom remained smelly and despite complaints and efforts by the staff it remained smelly. Maybe something to do with the plumbing.

Restaurant staff- Mrs Aida service was awesome . She was taking utmost care.. Mr Jeeva at travel desk he was very friendly and informative. Mrs. Jaya is having customer friendly nature.

i liked the staff especially Murugan who took care of us really well. The housekeeping lady also ensured rooms are clean in the mornings . Stay was pleasant with good Rooms and best WIFI for my work! worth the stay! felt elated with service and friendly staff

The intercom did not work. otherwise no issues. JC made sure we are good in all means

We did not have toilet soap ..this inspite of reminding house keeping This was the basic that the hotel should provide
