The only thing I didn’t like about my entire experience was that my stay felt far too short. I truly wished I had booked more days to soak in the beauty, comfort, and peaceful atmosphere of this resort. Every moment was so enjoyable that leaving felt almost impossible—I could have happily stayed much longer.

The access roads have been newly built since my last visit a few months ago, making the journey much smoother and enjoyable. The food at the resort remains excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options that truly enhance the stay. The newly opened wellness spa is a standout feature, offering authentic Ayurvedic treatments and rejuvenating therapies in a serene environment. We visited Zacs Valley Wellness Resort & Spa as a family and had a wonderful time! The new Ayurvedic spa was such a relaxing experience — even after a day of exploring, the treatments felt refreshing and authentic. The new road access made the drive much smoother, which really helped since we were travelling with kids. The resort team also organised trekking, camping, and a lovely waterfall tour that the whole family enjoyed. It’s peaceful, clean, and surrounded by nature — a perfect place to unwind and reconnect together. Highly recommended for families visiting Kodaikanal!

The location. The friendliness of staff. The natural beauty. The style of the cottages. The food, especially the shrimp Paal Konju .. it is so fantastic that we ordered it everyday. Literally.

The cleanliness and overall maintenance of the cottages could be even better. The bathroom isn’t the very well maintained, it’s not dirty but it could be better especially for the tariff. There were bugs, spiders, which we understand is something one needs to anticipate in a natural location like this. But I think something can be done about this.

I had a wonderful stay here! The food was delicious, and the houses were very clean with the added convenience of a private parking space. The campfire experience was nice (extra pay)well-maintained, and the lawn added to the relaxing ambiance. Overall, it’s an excellent place for a holiday, and I highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway. However, safari, it might not meet expectations as there isn’t much to see. The waterfall was also a bit disappointing. Apart from that, everything was fantastic!

An excellent place to spend your vacation with your family, loved one, etc. This is totally a mind blowing stay who lives in busy cities with much noise and pollution. We can feel zero noise pollution, zero air pollution. The early morning birds chirp sound will make you feel heavenly. You will have a private outdoor dinner area, where you can enjoy your food. The food was also very nice... Totally you will feel a satisfying stay.

Resort Atmosphere is amazing. Feel like staying in depth forest with comfort zone. Rooms are unexpected and neat. Foods are fentastic taste and hygienically as specially they served with love. All the staffs behaved as a relative its more than hospitality. Totally its worth and memorable moment which I stayed with my family in ZACS valley.

I would not say not like. But the route and road is damaged. Hence its slightly difficult to reach resorts.

Visited the property with my family and my cat and we had an enjoyable stay at the resort. The beautiful scenic roads leading to the property were well developed making the journey a breeze. The valley views within the property were breathtaking. All the staff and were friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend for a serene getaway!
