All good

Really liked the hospitality of the staffs in the hotel. Food served in buffet is good. Special mention to Samrat and Angshuman in staff as they were really helpful and superb at guest service. Rooms were clean. View from the rooms is awesome. Only had some problem with washroom water for sometime but that got sorted. Overall, liked the stay in Avadale and would prefer to stay again if I visit kodaikanal in future. Cheers, keep us the good work!!

One thing would like to mention- please keep emergency medicines at the reception like for fever, vomiting, nausea, and other illness which are prone to guests in hilly areas. Because the hotel is located far from the town and no access no medicine shops.

Rooms were neat and clean. Support staff were very good and was available whenever we call. Food is affordable and is good.

Buffet menu is limited and is almost the same everyday for both breakfast and dinner. Only one or 2 dishes will change everyday. Like for dinner the special rice changes (lemon rice, veg pulao). Could have controlled the flies in the dining area.

Had a wonderful stay at this resort! The view was stunning, and the staff were super supportive throughout our visit. The facilities were well-maintained and met our expectations. One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the in-house restaurant facilities. Overall,a great experience!

Staffs was very friendly which is the most important as i understand.

No intercom facility avaliable. Only Whatsapp communications as inisisted from Reception desk. I felt a lag and gap in communcation from the Whatapp handler towards down to the team.

The location of the property and the ambience. People in the property were very polite and welcoming. The service was very professional. All our requirements were taken care of immediately. The buffet was simple and tasty.

It is one of the best location to stay and enjoy your leisure time. The staff is very good and polite. The food especially the dinner was delicious. The view from the balcony was good. Will suggest people to visit.

It was a very excellent stay , peaceful and enjoyable best place with family. Mr Murali was helpful right from the beginning till check out. Bipin at the restaurant was very courteous polite and helpful. Must recommended for family.

location was serene, loved the bonfire and table tennis, the staff was extremely cooperative (they even cleaned our room on last minute notice at night!)
