Good location and view from the hotel. Clean and tidy rooms. From the reception always warm welcoming from Sasi and he was very helpful. Anytime you call he is there to attend and assist us with our needs. Homely food cooked and served by Saroja Amma. Don’t miss the breakfast. She make excellent dosa varieties. Prem always serving you nice smile. Housekeeping team Seetha, Jeni, Ammu helping to keep the rooms clean. Overall it was great experience and service by all the Team. Thanks everyone for making our stay wonderful memory.

If you could offer extra heaters to the rooms will be more comfortable to sleep.

Location is remote and peaceful. Rooms are really good and spacious. View from balcony is also very nice. Staff is helpful and courteous. Their travel desk cab company provides excellent service and cars. Loved their concept of having water tanks in the lobby to avoid use of single use plastic bottles.

The mattress was too soft and causes us back issues. As per me it should hold firm and give good support. Food availability and Room service speed can be improved.

Excellent property. Very nice ambiance. Very different from other hotels. Tranquil has lawns, play area, camp fire are and a beautiful balcony view. It is definitely a calm and silent place to have a relaxing holiday. The food was excellent and very homely. The staffs were very helpful and attentive. Very good service. very clean and spacious room with all the basic amenities present.

Room was clean and staffs were friendly and came immediately for any needs and the view from the room is awesome and food they serve was home made and you could ask them to make the dishes to your liking my overall experience was awesome.

The only thing I didn't like is the location it was bit steep and it was away from lake about 1.6 kms other than that it was superb.

Please avoid the negative reviews, as per my experience at Fab Hotel Tranquil Heights i will give 10 out of 10 for this property. Everything from the cleanliness of the room, staff service and the view from the balcony was excellent. The morning breakfast was just splendid, very homely and tasty. Will definitely recommend.

Ample car paking space is available.. Rooms are neat and clean with all basic amenities.. Some of the rooms have a nice valley view to the part of kodai city from the balcony.. A separate children play area and fire place is available at the property.. They have an inhouse kitchen and the provided food was of good quality and taste.. kudos to Mr.Karthi, a gentle and enthusiastic guy who is at the service for round the clock..

Since the hotel is located at the top of a hill sudden ascending may feel tricky for some drivers..

There could be a fan in the room, considering the climate of Kodaikanal we don't need an AC but it can get hot sometimes so a fan would be amazing. Toiletries weren't provided

My daughter was terribly sick. I had requested them for rasam during late evening which they prepared & gave. Money can buy what we need but homely preparation at the need of the hour is well appreciated. Thanks to Sasi & his team.

Rooms were neatly maintained with almost all facilities. Good view from balcony. Excellent south indian style breakfast. Would recommend.

Kitchen only functional during breakfast and dinner hours. No lunch availiable. Also rooms are not air conditioned.
