Wow, where do I even begin? Our stay at Hermann Crown Suites was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we walked in, Lisa, the incredible owner, made us feel like royalty. Her dedication to making our stay perfect was evident in every little detail. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of Hermann. But what truly sets this place apart is the unique Cellar bar and the stunning beer garden. We were blown away by the ambiance and the live music – it was some of the best we've ever experienced! And let's talk about the breakfast – oh my goodness! Each morning, we were treated to a delicious hot breakfast that was the perfect start to our day. The variety and quality were top-notch. If you're planning a trip to Hermann, do yourself a favor and stay at Hermann Crown Suites. The combination of Lisa's amazing hospitality, the prime location, and the unique amenities make it an absolute gem. We can't recommend it highly enough!

The courtyard and live music were wonderful. The staff were more than accommodating and the surrounding area was charming.

The breakfast was our least favorite item about the hotel. The staff were great and kept everything stocked very well, but the selection was very lacking. I have stayed at less expensive hotels and had a much better selection of breakfast items offered. The ADA entrance does not allow for larger wheelchairs. My son is a paraplegic. He is 6'8 so his wheelchair is wider than most. We had to use the front entrance to get him into the facility which consisted of having to navigate a step.

Eggs, sausage links and fresh fruit are always welcome ways to start my day! Local friendly neighbors, met on a morning walk with our dog up 4th street, from our cottage, enhanced our visit as well. They showed us their River View and beautiful gardens atop one of the hills overlooking the town and our favorite winery there.

Winery's closed a bit too early in the area, for us, but Stone Hill restaurant was very welcoming and their Norton Red was delicious with our Rib Eye Steak, and Spaetzle.

Location, amenities and the entertainment.

We stayed at the Soda Pop suite. One of the bedrooms had several windows with light filtering shades and one had the room darkening curtain. It was difficult to sleep in with all the light coming through. Also, in the hallway there is a door that does not go all the way down to the floor. This door appears to connect to another suite. You can hear people's conversations! People were talking at 7am on the Saturday we were there.

Location was perfect, as we were on a 4-day bike tour of the KATY trail. There were three of us. We had the Presidential Suite. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. It is well set up for cyclists, having secure bike storage and a place to hose off the mud that your bike accumulates from the trail on a wet day.

We were a little disappointed that the rathskeller wasn't open later. But that is understandable seeing that ti was a Tuesday and we aren't yet into the high season.

Great location; walking distance to restaurants and shops. Cozy accommodations; good size rooms. The rooms looked like they were probably studio apartments at one time. For security, a key is required to enter the building. There was no elevator to the 2nd floor, but this was well-advertised so not a surprise. We liked having a fridge and microwave in the room for leftovers.

This is all in the context of us paying a relatively high price in what is probably the town's high season, which made us a little pickier. The rooms were in need of a fresh coat of paint, caulk, general touch-up. There was no central AC; portable AC units only (which are loud and kinda ugly). Plenty of noise from the live music, patio, and street. For peace of mind, I wish the room door had more secure locks. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of items, but we found the taste lacking (scrambled eggs from a box; faux butter spread, etc.).

Great location. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Quiet. I was worried about reading that they have live music in their courtyard every evening, but we couldn’t hear it in our room. They also had a noise machine next to the bed and nightlights throughout the suite. It’s the little touches that mean a lot. Great free breakfast.

My husband didn’t like that the “couch” in the living room was a day bed, but I loved it. It was so comfortable. And since I’m writing the review, I give it a 10/10. He chose to sit on a kitchen chair and I got to have the whole bed to myself. Win-win.

What a wonderful place to stay. The staff was absolutely the friendliest, most knowledgeable and accomodating I have ever experienced. I have traveled ALOT and have never felt so welcomed and treated as I was their number 1 priority. Would definitely stay here again! Easy check-in, easy check-out, great amenities and the location is unbeatable. It rained during most of our stay, but we were so close to everything we still walked in the rain!

We couldn’t believe all the wonderful conveniences provided at Hermann Crown Suites. It’s in such a great location that once you park your car, walking or taxis and shuttles await you. A beverage voucher is given upon arrival to get you started. Our bicycle themed suite was located outside the main building and offered more privacy. The suite was very comfortable and spacious. The full breakfast that was included is much better than most hotels. Best of all, we spent two evenings listening to FREE live music on their lovely garden patio while under the stars.

More nonalcoholic beverages could be offered and in more convenient locations. The outdoor grill and wine bar did not offer any nonalcoholic beverages and you had to go indoors and down some stairs to the full bar.

The breakfast was sufficient. Lots of items to choice from. The location was the best. You could easily enjoy and evening at the Hermann 1837 Bar or the dualling pianos across the street. You could also venture down by the river or to a number of restaurants within walking distance

We stayed in the Community Room across the streets. There is a lot of noise from the streets which you do expect but also the walls are thin, and you can hear noise from the other suites fairly clear. I could hear someone snoring in the night while we were there.
