The flats are huge, plenty of space to hang out. Everything spotless and clean, even the elevator was scrubbed with soap all walls and floors twice a day. There is a small but nice gym. breakfast was a it minimal but okay, there are cereals and fresh fruit, great honey and yoghurt which was good. Roof terrace is nice to hang out on. Welcome on desk very nice. very comfortable beds.

as mentioned, breakfast was a bit minimal, with cakes in plastic wrapping not quite so good, and the coffee was terrible. Would have been nice to have some fresh bread available. The location is okay, but not as convenient for UNAM as I had hoped, as the metro finishes there. Not toooo far from the metrobus to town though. Hotel advertises free taxi-pick up from airport, but it is not true, they no longer have the service. The flats are huge, just a pity they don't have a terrace. You need to go to the roof if you want to get out. Last thing, shower was a bit of a dribble, good for water conservation I know, but...

Very clean, staff are very professional. The location of the area is safe to walk in the evenings. Good near places to visits. The roof top is a nice place to lounge with the family A lovely view of the city. A very nice kept area. Definitely I would recommend family and friends.

The roof top needs heaters. The kitchen area needs more amenities such as place mats, kitchen utensils, an electrical kettle would be perfect, cutting board. Utilities that are needed when your stay is long. Laundry services would be great too. Otherwise everything is great.

The best part of my stay was the staff who was so helpful and amazing; from the front desk gentleman always going above and beyond to be helpful and informative, to the cleaning/wait staff and the kind security guard who stood out with me every morning to wait for my Uber. The rooms/apartments are clean, comfy, spacious and accommodating. I was able to cook for myself most of my stay, in the fully equipped kitchen. I felt at home.

Breakfast was Okay , but during weekends need more foods due to many families. due to 6 day stay the same foods is a little difficult for the re[etions. Location in the morning walking to the PeriSur Mall is Okay and night time was safe. Walking to a seminar at Colegio Ingenieros Civiles in the Sta Teresa front to Lasalle University was great. Radisson Hotel also close.

The apartment decoration was old but for us was Okay. Big facilities , jaccusi and extra big .

The staff was friendly, the suites were amazing, spacious and clean! The beds with four pillows, each were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were huge. The rooftop terrace was beautiful.

The breakfast could have been a little more but really it was enough.

Our suite was very nice and comfortable for the price. It was very spacious, clean and complete. It had a full kitchen, dining table, a desk, a bathroom with 2 sinks and a bathtub. The WiFi was also very decent. It even included a Coffee-break with a small breakfast in the morning for no additional cost.

Getting there is a little bit confusing, but not a problem. Also, the noise from the street is noticeable but not loud enough to be annoying.

The location was perfect for us. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Then the roof area is very nice. Also the fully equipped kitchen was great.

Sometimes we didn’t get warm water. Internet was very poor.

I did not like the receptionist too much. He was too direct at saying the cost of the broken/missing things. The place was a bit far from some attractions of cdmx.

The 2 rooms we rented were both excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and very professional.

The location is a little out of the way of many to the sightseeing site.
