Beds are comfortable, staff is very helpful and it is very clean. Good location, close to major highway.

We didn’t stay for breakfast but stayed at the same hotel couple of weeks earlier. The breakfast was very poor. The pancake maker didn’t work, the oatmeal was just a watery substance. Overall, the breakfast is poor. The walls and doors don’t block any sounds. If someone is talking or watching tv in nearby room you can hear everything. We had to change rooms as the tv across the hall was loud and we needed to have an early sleep.

Everything terrific. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was outstanding. Very clean and great place to stay.

Really the only thing is that we were given 2 paper cups for the entire day. They were very soggy by the end. No coffee pot in the room but that’s OK because of the terrific breakfast and coffee downstairs. Only one ice machine on the first floor,,,,, but again that’s OK. I was charged more than I was quoted. That’s not good. But again the hotel was very nice and I was very pleased.

The hotel's personnel was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The area in the hall has a beautiful design.

We didn't expect that our room would be cleaned every other day. It's OK, but I think it would be more convenient if there were a cleaning brush for the toilet bowl in the bathroom. We stayed for 5 nights, our room was cleaned twice, but the toilet was cleaned only ONCE ?! Also, breakfast can offer more healthy sugar-free choices, but there are mostly carbs.

The staff was welcoming we arrived a little late and they accommodated us very well we loved the hotel so much we stayed an extra day.. the house keepers didn’t even have a problem with adding us on to her list to clean in the middle of the day and if you are a person that travel a lot you know those housekeepers don’t want extra work if it’s not in their list lol

Everything was great

The staff was professional and helpful. There was always someone attending the desk. The rooms were furnished well and clean. I felt the breakfast offerings were a little sparse, basically cereals and a scrambled or packaged egg product and a meat with the obligatory pancake machine. I was surprised that the coffee was actually very good.

Near family who lived in area. Easy access to interstate. Ample parking. Upbeat vibe and decor. Accommodating staff. Clean rooms. No carpeting in rooms

Mattresses. Way too soft and lumpy for me. However staff switched my room and that was a huge improvement. Overall though wish mattresses had been firmer.

We stopped at this hotel for one night while traveling and were very pleased. Room was clean and the breakfast at this hotel was one of the best we've had. I particularly liked it because they had gluten free muffins, pancakes and bread available because I cannot have gluten. My family said all the other food was delicious as well. They had a hot cocoa bar and coffee 24 hrs too which was nice.

Very clean close to interstate. I booked the hearing access room which was huge we were traveling with our dog.

No pool or laundry like the tru Hilton in Florence SC we were disappointed. We had to go next store to do laundry and it was pricey where as in SC it was free which is nice when your on vacation,

One of the front desk clerk had a "set, standard" answer to my questions regarding wi-fi connection & microwave usage, which was "I don't know, that's not my area of work". To me, for a hotel run by 2 front desk clerk this response amounted to incompetence or no due care for clients.

The location on our route worked well. Breakfast and coffee were pretty good. Shower was great. All staff was very friendly.

The room (401) was not clean. Immediately i noticed stains on the bedside table from a coffee cup that i was able to clean with a damp tissue no problem. That led me to examine everything else. The bedding looked ok, but didn't smell like anything. I want my white hotel bedding to smell like fresh clean bleach. The room was dusty, particularly the lamps. This room was not cleaned properly, if at all. If i hadn't been soo tired from driving in from out of state, i would've requested another room. Also, I don't understand why new hotels are built without exhaust fans in the bathrooms.
