Villa with 1bedroom was amazing, the pool was warm always and bathroom was spacious as well as the villa itself. King Bed was comfortable and big. Resort itself provided with entertainment almost every night with fire shows and live music. Ms Lan restaurant supervisor was amazing and accommodating for our Halal food choice. Even the Mr Tang manager was very hospitable and provided for us vegetarian options separate from the menu due to their no Halal options. The staff were so polite and very welcoming. The buggy service was fast and easily accessible through their app. Check in and check out was fast. We loved our stay.

The menu should be expanded to include Halal options for Muslims for lunch, dinner and breakfast. It was hard to find vegetarian options even. But restaurant provided us with vegetarian options for each meal. All inclusive does not include drinks, a bit misleading there. But we ordered ourselves from the beverage section.

We stayed here for 3 nights from 30.12 to 02.01. We booked standard rooms but on check in hotel advised us to upgrade our room to villa for 900’000 for 3 nights and it was great decision. Villas located not so far from main area, but very silent territory with personal swimming pool. Villas very spacefull, cleaning was everyday, very clean bed linen. Good breakfast with live music, fast electric car transfer, main area contained a lot of activities also for children (playing room, swimming pool, playground) they have spa. Hotel has a great main swimming pool with amazing view. For dinner went to the city, because the price in the hotel was much expensive. If you looking for beach you need to go close to Muine center, this hotel located close to fishing village.

The room was spacious and very clean, with a large and comfortable bed. The resort is huge and beautifully designed, offering plenty of fun activities like a game room, water park for kids, playground, karaoke, bar, and mini golf. There’s a long swimming pool right in front of the room, and guests can rent kayaks and snorkeling gear. A great place to relax and enjoy with family or friends!

Breakfast buffet could be more diverse. During peak hours, the dining area gets very crowded and staff struggle to refill food and water glasses in time. Food at the pool bar is quite overpriced. The resort is large, so guests rely heavily on electric carts to get around, but during busy times, the wait for a cart can be long. Outside food is not allowed in the rooms. Also, the hairdryer cannot be used in the bathroom due to weak power supply—it has to be used in the living area instead.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were seamless and the buggy service was always available when needed. Booking activities through the resort app was very convenient and made planning easy. The room was spacious, beautifully designed and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. We had a restful and comfortable stay. The swimming pools were a highlight, with options for everyone, including infinity pools and kid-friendly pools.

While the breakfast buffet was decent, the fried rice was a bit dry and certain items like the candy our kids loved were not refilled, which was disappointing for them. Unfortunately, the private pool in our villa was not clean. Floating insects made it unusable, which took away from what could have been a perfect private experience.

The location is highly convenient, offering easy access to transport and nearby amenities, which adds to the overall comfort of the stay. The breakfast selection includes a decent range of options, catering to various tastes. However, service during peak hours leaves room for improvement. Food replenishment was notably slow, with popular dishes remaining empty for long stretches, which disrupted the flow for guests. The coffee machine also jammed during the rush, compounding delays. Quick troubleshooting or additional machines could help ease congestion. More concerning was an instance of staff conduct that raised ethical questions. Whether due to pressure or lack of oversight, professionalism fell short in certain interactions. This aspect detracted from the otherwise pleasant environment and deserves attention from management to ensure standards are upheld. Overall, while the location and breakfast setup offer a good foundation, the experience would benefit from more robust service efficiency and a firm commitment to ethical staff behaviour.

Staff ethical conduct on guest interaction, oversight during peak hours

We stayed in beautiful villa with pool. Villa was clean and very comfortable. Buggies were always quick to arrive at villa and bring us to breakfast or the pool. Breakfast had plenty selection. Loved the plunge pool at sunset and our son at in at the kids pool. Kids pool was always supervised by lifeguards. The app was really useful and guest services were quick to respond. We were able to contact them from pool when we misplaced our key card.

The kids pool needs renovation. The anti- slip is almost gone in the pool and kids fall easily. The path up to the slides is breaking away into little pieces which can be found all over the pool.

The grand scale of the resort is so lovely, it's panoramic views are incredible. The facilities are outstanding for families. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and delicious. The Pho broth in the mornings were definitely a highlight!

The location is beautiful but can be a little boring if you don't have anything booked. The sand dunes nearby are a bit of a tourist trap and the one road leading to the resort is where most of the restaurants are. We had to constantly wait for buggies as we were right at the back of the resort along the "river" pool.

We came on weekdays and everything was great. We saw few negative reviews when booking the hotel and did not know what to expect. However, upon arriving, we were so in awe of the resort. The facilities at the resort were incredible. The pool was amazing, we did not have to wait long for the buggy, our room was clean. All in all, it was a fantastic stay.

No vegetarian option (i.e. Pho). Please do consider having vegetarian options for those who do not take meat / muslim. In addition, please fix/service the bicycle. We had to pay to rent it but the bikes broke down on us few times. Should have refunded partial of the money to us because the bikes were not functioning!

We rested for 15 days at the end of June. The weather was sunny. It rained one day. The hotel is very beautiful and very comfortable. The service provided by the team is at a very high level. Any of our questions were solved instantly and with a smile. The territory of the hotel is very large for walking and enjoying the scenery. A hotel for family and romantic holidays. There are five swimming pools on the territory and a sixth in our villa. We had a large villa of 160 meters, two adults and two children were very comfortable! We lived near restaurants and walked. The transfer to the exit to the road arrived in 5 minutes, great! The restaurants have enough dishes for every taste. The pools are clean and safe. Everything was great! I would especially like to mention the help from the Tuankendy Nguyen hotel employee. Thank you for supporting us 24/7!

Outside the hotel, the city is dirty, and there is nothing to see there. The beach is far away and you will have to take a taxi. If you want to find a place with attractions near the hotel, then this hotel is not your option. This hotel is designed for a quiet and very comfortable family holiday by the pools.
