It is close enough to the sandy beaches but far enough to get only the sea breeze and not sand in your eyes, hair, clothes and everything. The owners were very nice and thoughtful, the breakfast was nice selection with fresh fruit and juice and coffee/tea. The room with the balcony was airy and clean.

A good location with access to the beach via stairs at the back of the hotel. There's a small swimming pool that faces the sea and is great to cool off in when it's hot. The room was really nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. There's a ceiling fan and air conditioning in the room. In terms of food options, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Overall, it's a nice place to stay in Mui Ne.

Although the breakfast was tasty the portion size is small. I ordered the meatballs and eggs but it's actually only a single meatball and eggs. There is an additional fee of 3% if you pay by credit card, which I wasn't aware of when I made my booking. Yet the restaurant next door accepts credit card payment with no fee.

John and his staff were excellent. Spotlessly clean and well maintained hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and well appointed. If you’re looking for somewhere to relax after the hustle and bustle of the big cities then this is the place. Chill out by the pool with a good book with the sound of the waves in the background, very relaxing. Apart from breakfast and tea/coffee and bottles of water in the room, there is no food or drink on site. However there are plenty of places nearby. I can recommend Dunes where they probably do the best coffee in town along with savoury or sweet waffles.

Nothing, everything was perfect

I had a wonderful stay! Both rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with fresh towels delivered daily, including beach towels. The breakfast was delicious and definitely a highlight of the mornings. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, situated close to a variety of tasty restaurants and fun activities like pickleball and mini-golf. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend!

We found the access to the beach to be less than ideal, especially during high tide when it became difficult and also dangerous to access with kids. During low tide, it was a bit easier, but we still had to walk a little further to find more space on the beach.

This was such a lovely hotel, I couldn’t have been happier. Thuy (Twee!) the owner could not have been more friendly and helpful, she recommended a restaurant, helped me book a car to my next destination and even gave me some aloe vera for my sunburn! The rooms were spacious and clean and very well maintained. The breakfast was outstanding, and the pool area was genuinely peaceful and relaxing. The location is great too, right next to a minimart for snacks and drinks and walking distance of many restaurants and ATMs. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. Nothing it was wonderful.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. The hotel itself is immaculate and clean. Pre-order breakfast is wonderful. There is so much personal touch at this hotel it feels more like a home stay. Upgrade yourself to the oceanfront with balcony. It’s worth every dollar and possibly the nicest room I’ve ever had.

The staff was great, the hotel was charming and the views were beautiful.

It is small- there are no grounds whatsoever. The tiny beach had trash and we wondered why the hotels don’t pick up the trash on their beaches.

The location is second to none, absolute beachfront, steps down into the ocean to swim. Very clean Beach out the front of property, our hostess Twig is a beautiful lady very informative of what to do around the area etc. Brekky is a bonus, quite simple but perfect to a start off the day, the swimming pool is gorgeous decent size and depth tiled throughout and kept impeccable. Our room is amazing overlooking the ocean and pool area, quiet off the street. Dedication to this property is outstanding the gardens are fantastic, staff so beautiful. A slice of heaven, very hard to leave. Everything you need is walking distance best restaurants and seafood omg, it’s going to be hard to leave here.

Could not fault the people and property, I will be highly recommending to friends and family. Cannot wait to return here again. They accommodate all your needs, we had a door leaver that was about to break, twig had it all fixed within the hour.

Overall, everything exceeded my expectations and contributed to a perfect stay.

It would have been great if the fridge stayed on when we left the room. As it is, the drinks and food didn't stay cold, which was a minor inconvenience. Aside from that, everything else was great, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.

The hotel lived up to its name. Peaceful, beautiful, relaxing, and special lounging by the pool. Amazing to see the beautiful sea, feeling the warm breeze, and hearing the surf while soaking the sun or under the shade. The interior was amazingly well kept and had the atmosphere of being somewhere in the Mediterranean. Great use of space and the furniture was light but comfortable. Rooms were really clean and well kept. Enough privacy for the family but still able to meet other guests. Staff and owners provided great service and attention to the guests. Helped me get a good scooter rental when I checked in. Good advice on where to go and where to avoid the police. Location was really convenient. Nearby many shops and Mui Ne eats. Not far to go by scooter to the well known seafood restaurants and popular food courts. Lots of ATM and massage spa places within walking distance. Bonus having a 24 convenience store next door.

If you're looking for a nice big beach to walk around, this isn't the place. The beach was small and narrow. Stone steps went practically straight into the ocean.
