We loved being right next to the sea, beautiful views and hearing the waves. Comfortable room that is well maintained. Good, clean bathroom too. Delicious breakfast available with plenty of choice and great coffee!! The staff are all so lovely and helpful. Laundry done onsite and happy to help book trips and onward travel etc. Shops and plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance, or scooter distance for even more choice. Loved the swimming pool, clean, well maintained and a good size for being able to swim properly. Jibes surf school is a few doors down and offers great windsurfing and kite surfing hire and lessons. We would definitely book to stay here again if coming back this way.

pool was the best i have ever been in.... beach was right there... very clean place... hostess loved to help... bed was large and very comfortable... dimming bed-side lamp was a great idea when waking in the middle of the night... good fridge... plenty of power-points... good TV reception and 3-4 english channels... fan was there if needed,as i dont really like A/C... good desk and chairs....

shower head wasnt really connected properly so i had to hold it while showering which pissed me off a bit....

Very warm welcome greeting by the owner/land-lady. I fell in love with the place immediately. My bungalow was steps from the ocean, with stunning view of the private palm beach and the ocean and with the pleasant sea breeze. The bungalow’s interior was in a perfect and clean condition, and all appliances were functioning. It had a small private porch too. I loved the home-made banana pancakes for breakfast. The tomato-omelette with freshly baked mini-baguette roll was worth a 3* Michelline restaurant. Very kind and helpful staff. The land-lady had even arranged for booking me a sleeper bus for return to Sai Gon, and sent me off like family would. The bus picked me up at the resort’s doorstep at the agreed time. Ammenities store(s) 24/7 and others were just from 50m away, alongside many eateries and restaurants. Other semi-detached bungalows of the complex, with garden- and lovely pool views were equally pretty. I liked the peacefulness and quiet laid back atmoshere of this smaller resort complex. The open lobby/verandah with plenty of air-fans gave me the possibility to relax and even do some work on my laptop. Wi-fi was quite strong everywhere. From the moment we walked in we loved it. Great little bungalow with 2 beds and good amount of space inside. Massive clean bathroom. Verandah and it faced the pool and could see to the ocean. It was wonderful. Great eating options walkable and short trips in Grabs. Massage place across the road was cheap and great. We had breakfast there each day which was convenient. Kids loved and I mean loved the pancakes. Pool was great and we swam at the beach too. Little spot to sit at the beach end and we sat 2 nights eating our icecreams from the mini market. Owners helped with a sand dune tour and restaurant recommendations and also did our laundry.

Absolutely nothing to fault. A really local homely stay nothing negative to say.

Excellent view over the ocean, the beautiful garden, the pool, the private beach (!) and lots of palm trees. Beautiful room, just exactly the way we like it, spacious, airy, light and simple in the very best way! Perfect bathroom/-showersize with hot water. Very nice and professional family running their business, serving very delicious breakfast for the young :) and elderly. Motorbike rental, Busbooking, Informations - our Host made it all easy and possible for us. The area is perfect, ATM, Restaurants, Shopping, Marketplace, Coffee, everything in close walking distance. Highly recommended!! Especially the luxury of having access to the beach, which it seemed to be the only one around in kilometers, since the entire beach line was built by stones due to protection of the waves. Also, we loved falling asleep to the sound of waves! Even though the resort is very central it is located in a very quiet spot. A 10 of 10!!!

Only 1 or 2 steps to the beach. Although the tide is high during the time i stay (that means i need to consider carefully when i want to swim), the sound of waves at night is priceless. You should choose the beach-front bungalow, or the garden-view one next to it (i stay at this one). They also have a clean swimming pool, which has warm water, opens until 10 pm. About room and facilities, they are not so modern, but all is neat. Bed is comfort, clean and tidy. Air con and warm water work well. The neighborhood is more peaceful than in Phan Thiet city center and Mui Ne commune/ward, even the ocean here is cleaner.

Shampoo is available, but i do not find bath gel, which should not be missed if we stay in a resort / hotel. And, a simple breakfast (i.e, bread with egg, and coffee, etc.,) should be included in the price, i believe.

Our room was closest bungalow to the sea. Could hear the waves crashing all the time and great view. So relaxing. Right by the pool and sea for swims in both. You can have breakfast at any time of day (other meals unavailable). Omelette was great. They put everything on the tab - food, washing, motorbike, room - and paid at the end. Very convenient. Great location close to wonderful coconut massage and Joe's bar and close to many others. What a great experience.

There are small things typical of Vietnam (no body wash only soap and shampoo packets were impossible to open) but not a worry cos it was so nice.

I chose this place randomly because there are so many places to choose from in Mui Ne but it was one of the best decisions. I loved my stay here. The family vibe was so lovely as are the basic but cosy rooms. This is not the most top notch quality-wise but it had something else that made it a lovely "real" place to stay. There is a small pool with rooms looking out over it and over to the ocean. I could see the sunset and all the palm trees down the beach from my 1st floor room - all have balconies attached. The room itself was spacious with a desk, balcony, nice shower bathroom and tv (if you want that sort of thing). Location wise it was a short walk to some really nice bars and places with live music and cocktails of an evening, as well as tour shops, a small mart and ATM. Everything you could need! I worked a couple of evenings while I was there and the wifi was mid-level I would say. I kept my camera off most of the time especially on larger zoom calls, but otherwise got the job done. If you need fast internet you'll need to use data! Overall, enjoyed my stay here and would recommend!

The host was extremely friendly, warm, and accommodating- from food to laundry to travel advice. The room was comfortable and quiet and the balcony was lovely. We loved that it was on a quieter end of the street but still walking distance to many restaurants and beaches. The pool and grounds were maintained well and there is a small beach on the property.

The wifi was a little slow at times, but not a big problem for us.

Incredible location, situated 20m from the beach. You can hear the waves crashing throughout the day and night. Lovely room, amenities are good. Shower was amazing! Water was boiling and the pressure was turbulent, best shower I’ve had in years. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was delicious. Safe parking. Very clean swimming pool.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable, although I still slept like a baby.
