Great location, access to the beach, very clean, good big light rooms, ocean views, awesome swimming pools, helpful and friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, very calm and relaxing. I wish we could have stayed longer :)

Fantastic caring staff who are genuinely passionate about ensuring your stay meets all expectations. The property is meticulously maintained with absolutely stunning greenery & two wonderful large, swimming pools with plenty of loungers to relax and an ample supply of towels. Many restaurants and shops right outside the door. The breakfast restaurant is right next to one of the large pools with stunning views of the ocean. Many choices to satisfy both Western , and Asian taste. All of the restaurant staff work so hard every day to engage the customers and are unfailingly polite and respectful. I certainly looked forward to breakfast every day. I should mention all of the attention to detail we received from the reception supervisors and restaurant supervisors who seamlessly worked together to make our stay special. Fantastic leadership! I visited many resorts during my stay in Mui Ne to compare and Sunny Beach was by far the most maintained lovely peaceful oasis of all with a very reasonable price that elevates the property above the competition. As an added display of their customer service my wife realized on the bus that she had left her bathing suit and her clothesline out on the balcony. I contacted the hotel and they couriered it the same day to our next hotel in Nha Trang-fantastic follow up to make sure it arrived safely.

Here’s why you should book this hotel: - rooms are spacious ( even the basic one), but I recommend you to book the sea views one, the view is breathtaking - breakfast fox is various and good even for the foreigners. There are choices and not only Vietnamese food. - 2 big pools, to be honest I don’t understand the reviews that saying that there are no sun beds. There are plenty of sun beds by the pool and even by the sea. - the beach they keep it clean and I swim a lot. - I like to work out so I use the gym many times there are are equipments and is very clean - staff is very kind

Everything is fine, it is not the best, but we knew that when coming here. The facilities are all fine, quite clean, they have a playroom and a very big gym and pool area. The breakfast was also very big and had a lot of choice.

The room was quite loud, you could hear everything from outside as I think the balcony door was not the most isolated. Our door didn’t lock well, so we had a few times that it opened due to the wind, and we thus came back after being away for a few hours to an opened door.. The English of the staff was not the best, we therefore had some issues with finding our way around (they didn’t explain us anything in the beginning like where we can find the gym, that they have an entertainment room etc) and when asking for some recommendations for tours and restaurants we weren’t really helped further. Overall I think it was still fine, but there is some room for improvement based on our experience

Sunny Beach is exceptional. The beautiful and peaceful resort grounds, the spacious and comfortable rooms, the buffet breakfast, the clean and well stocked gym, and above all the incredible staff and service - are all excellent. I had such a relaxing and comfortable stay here, I ended up staying longer than planned. The best accomodation I have had in Vietnam!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The place is absolutely fantastic. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect – close to everything you need. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely 10/10, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mui Ne!

Compare 4 star resorts I have stayed in. Sunny Beach is the best with the ocean behind, nice garden, sparkling swimming pool, clean, comfortable bed, movie in room. Good buffet breakfast with variety of dishes. Extremely friendly staff

To use the shower I have to climb in and out the bathtub which is too high not suitable for elderly. If there’s a handrail it would be great

Bit enough sun beds and many guests reserve them first thing in the morning but then don't occupy them until later in the day, very frustrating. Beach Sun beds would benefit from having some shade and a table to keep your belongings off the sand.

The resort was immaculate. The staff second to none. Nothing was too much trouble all they wanted is that you enjoy your stay -.and yes we truly did. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The position is good with the pool and beach right outside. We had an amazingly relaxing time and would highly recommend staying here

Great big room that was spotlessly clean. A very good buffet breakfast. Fabulous location on the beach and lots of cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beautiful gardens and 2 very clean swimming pools. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money on the beachfront.
