Friendly staff, beautiful resort, beautiful bungalow and fantastic location. Nhan, the Guest Relations Manager was so helpful - we arrived very early morning having travelled on a sleeper bus. He insisted that our checkin was complete so that we could go to our room at 8.30am and catch up on some sleep. All the staff were so polite and helpful, couldn't fault it. Paying a little bit more to stay in a bungalow overlooking the sea was definitely worth it and it was still a good price for the quality of resort. There was a huge choice for breakfast each day and we never needed lunch we were so full up. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was lovely.

Convenient location, many shops and restaurants nearby. The bungalow is stylish and comfortable. The restaurant is EXCEPTIONAL, we eat there everyday

The beach is reinforced with sandbag so you don’t have much space to walk along the beach, but you can just walk a little bit and you can swim in a normal beach. There are plenty of wildlife like squirrel, bugs, small snake around, but that’s just how it is in tropical countries

Comfortable and well equipped rooms, family suite very convenient and spacious for families with children. the tropical garden is amazing.

The service is OK, although the welcome upon arrival is a little but cold. Your passport is confiscated for the entire duration of your stay which feels odd. Generally speaking, a little bit more smile would elevate the experience.

The beach was there and restaurants

We had a lovely stay at Saigon Mu Ni. The staff were lovely, and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. The facilities were good although some areas were in need of a little updating.

Overall, our stay was great, although the price was on the high end compared to other places we have stayed in Vietnam. There were some improvements to the sea defences whilst we were there; however, these were obviously essential, and they caused minimal disruption to our stay.

great value for money, good location nice and clean gym could do with an update and maybe some added weights but overall nice resort, buffet breakfast was good, a little plain at times - this could do with some more variety for those staying for over a week. close enough to everything, pit stop food court only 5 minutes away on a moped or go to dragonfly for food 3 minute walk across the road

Initially we booked for four nights to stay in bungalow, but we extended our stay by extra four nights. Idyllic resort with very modern bungalows, great facilities, amazing breakfast and great staff members. Nice views of the sea from the window

Wide selection of breakfast, large territory, good pool, good views and nice staff

The beach itself wasn’t as nice and we got a room at the very end of a building (which is not all operating) on the other side of the street. Bed was hard.

Description of base room not honest. The hotel across the busy coast highway , not street or road, described as mountain view and cheapest was not anywhere near 4 star; I would be generous and say 2 star with views over neighbors garbage, It was so bad that we decided to upgrade for an extra $20 US per night to get back to the 4 star hotel we thought we booked in. This $70 accomodation was close to the highway and noisy so we were moved again to a quieter $70 room. The hotel staff were helpful but had strict instructions to work by as far as type of accomodation was concerned. Again, do not get sucked into thinking you can get a 4 star for $50/night. You are really getting a 2 star.

The pool area and the staff were great. The rooms themselves were amazing - only one hiccup where they didn’t arrange to our bed preferences (plus they were not the most comfortable beds). They run a free tea/coffee sessions in the afternoon and the buffet-style breakfast is phenomenal - so much choice, anything you want really (hot and cold, Asian and European).

Relatively pricy but that’s the case with any decent place in Mui Ne really. The check in/out process was very slow for some reason. If you want to do a lot of sea swimming, don’t expect to do much here because of the wave barriers/crashers.
