Beautiful flower filled garden and amazing pretty pool

We had a bit of a struggle with our breakfast which is prepaid for. It finishes at 9am which for us was difficult as the kids were really jet lagged. Initially we missed breakfast entirely as reception had told us a finish time of 9.30am. No concessions were made they didn’t even offer to make us a coffee we were just bluntly told ‘finished’ and we had to go elsewhere and pay for breakfast again. The staff weren’t unpleasant some really nice some not so…….but could be a bit more friendly and perhaps offer help to book trips / taxis etc? Also it’s worth noting that due to the height of the tides there is no beach for a large portion of the day

The pool was great, rooms are very spacious too. The unlimited breakfast of choice/buffet (depending on how many customers they have each day) is done well enough. Right in the center of a whole stretch full of restaurants and bars.

The beach front in the windy season might not be favorable. (It's not something I didn't like, it's just for consideration if you are in Mui Ne solely for beach time!)

The restaurant was great and buffet breakfast just amazing … the fresh juices and fresh coffees were fabulous too. The location on the beach is just gorgeous. Eating in the restaurant, sitting on the verandah and swimming in the pool you can always here and see the water. The staff helped us out when needed and we’re always friendly.

No kettle. A flask is provided with hot water but it's lukewarm the following morning when I want to make myself a cup of tea. Beach is limited to walk at high tide. It's blocked a few meters on either side by breakers or massive sandbags.

The location right in the beach and the garden with pool is lovely.

Shame that they claim to be sustainable travel level 1 but there is no option to opt out of room cleaning and they only have single use plastic water and no drinking water dispenser. Also use plastic straws. So they don’t practice what they preach…. Goes to show that the sustainable travel program booking.com implemented is not reliable at all… :-(

I really loved the location. They have a private beach with stairs leading to the beach; the restaurant faces the majestic ocean, and you can enjoy your meals either at the restaurant or enjoy a beverage reclining on the beach bench. For the price for one night, I cannot fault the location at all. The rooms have lovely French style wooden furniture and the staff are so nice and kind! They were very accommodating with our needs. We needed another room for one of our family members given that there was only one bathroom; they gave us another room the very next day at hotel price. They also let us check in early in the spare room we had requested. And allowed us to relax at the beach after check out. The service was really great and the staff were very kind and helpful.

I think that the Family Rooms had no privacy; its not designed very well. There needs to be at least two bathrooms in a family room. There is an extra bed in the living room and there is a partition curtain between the living room and the bedroom. If you want to change or something with other family members present, you might have to change in the bathroom or ask them to leave the room altogether. There were many cockroaches in the room since we were on the first floor. At least 5 in the bathroom and 3 in the living room. It can be a health hazard. I really hope the management can do a pest control.

very nice rooms in vietnamese style. nice cosy beds. very good breakfast with a huge selection of fruits, pancakes or eggs. very good food, we ate every evening in the restaurant there and the food was always fresh made and very delicous. can highly recommend it. they take care a lot of the area and the pool. it is a very nice place to stay and relax. we enjoyed our stay a lot.

mui ne has some issues with the beach and they have to protect the shore. the hotel build stairs to go the beach. for us it was ok but when u expect a full beach infront you will be dissapointed.

The resort is right on the beach. They have done such a great job with the gardens, it helps to hide many of rooms and create a sense of privacy. We stayed in the Deluxe double room with a sea view, which has a big wooden balcony and is just a couple of meters away from the sea. We spent most of our time on the balcony, reading and soaking up the sea. The sea was wonderfully loud and we left our room doors open most of the time. They also have a beautiful pool for those who prefer swimming in a pool to the sea. We ate most of our meals at their restaurant and we were so impressed. The food is really good and good value for money. The buffet breakfast was also excellent. They make the eggs, omelets etc to order. Definitely try the banana pancake with chocolate sauce, it was awesome😎 Their banana fritters with chocolate sauce is also to die for. The chefs in the kitchen are doing a great job👏 We travelled with our dog and the staff were very nice and accommodating. We have already made a reservation to go back in December. If you are looking for a seaside stay that is chilled with good food, then this is the place for you. Thank you for giving us such a great stay Full Moon!

The territory is green and beautiful. They take care of the plants. The buildings are traditional Vietnamese. The pool is great. The staff is helpful, the cleaning happened every day. The beach is right there, but there is no infrastructure

We had mosquito nets over the beds but not at the door. And the villa toilets would benefit from a lil renovation.

The resort is quite beautiful and it's right on the beach. Our room was so close to the water. The brekkie was ok and the pool was really nice. Fairly quote, mainly families. Relaxed vibe

The facilities were quite run down. The hot water was unreliable and the spa bath didn't work at all. The room was generally tired and in need of sprucing!
