Location: the hotel is about 4 minutes drive to the historical center. Our bedroom was spacious, had a kitchen and we found the basics to boil vegetables for our supper. Don't get me wrong, we travel with a bag with olive oil, salt, honey, etc. But we found pans, silverware, etc in the apartment.

The rooms are not too equipped. The breakfast is way more basic compared to many I've experienced in Switzerland.

Great location, sufficient parking, very clean and spacious room / premises, decent and sufficient breakfast, very nice and accommodating staff. It’s very close to the thermal baths, and also easy to go to the town center by walking or the nearby bus stop. No stores around but since the town center is walkable, you can get the stuff you need from there. There is also a vendo machine in the hotel for emergency drinks and snacks needed. Staff was really great — very helpful and polite. Since our kids were still in the room they allowed us to take away their breakfast and even provided us with take away boxes and bags so we can pick and pack the kids’ breakfast. Really wonderful. They also helped us with the local food delivery system which is great because we did not want to go our anymore for dinner — and the local restaurant selection they partnered with was also awesome and we had many choices, plus a good discount with the hotel code voucher :)

Our room was on the ground floor and entrance was facing the street so if you leave the curtains open it was a little easy to be seen from the street — but it was not really a problem and the curtains can be drawn nicely so it’s all ok :)

The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel is good value for money. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet, even the ones located towards the street.

There are no coffee/tee making facilities in the room and the hotel did not cater for dietary requirements (e.g., only full cream cows milk available).

My wife and two young teenage children arrived by bike on our bike tour through Switzerland and was wonderfully surprised at how large, clean, modern and comfortable our 'family room' was. Too bad we only stayed one night and did not have the chance to take advantage of the kitchen. Only a short walk into the old town for exploring and a restaurant. We loved staying there. A very good breakfast awaited us the next day and had us 'powered' for the next day of cycling up to the Jura region.
