The breakfast was very good and the breakfast server was friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurants food was good but their customer service was poor. Once seated at our table we waited over 15 minutes for a server. Later told our section server was on break and no one covered from them. We asked two other staff members that walked by if we could get someone, with the bar tender finally taking care of us. All the while three or four other servers were hanging out by the hostess station having a gab session. The restaurant was not busy, only two or three other tables seated at the time. It was around 4:30 in the afternoon, before the evening rush.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. We were in the area for a football game, and the hotel was pretty full. Breakfast was great...the ladies who restocked food and the gentlemen at the omelet station were friendly and worked diligently to keep things running smoothly. Also, we let the staff know that the shower head in our room had a crack in it (nothing that needed immediate attention), but someone was sent to replace it not long after. I look forward to another football game in Jonesboro, so we can stay here again!

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and will be coming back. We talked about the hotel several weeks later because it was so nice. We enjoyed breakfast which was Superb! Great selection of food and we had dinner at the hotel . Service was impeccable!!! Food was Good. We also ordered more food to take back to the room for a late night snack after the concert we came there to attend that evening. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Breakfast was amazing! Tons of great healthy choices. The staff was wonderful ! Best hotel stay I've had in long time!

Besides someone taking up handicap parking thar wasn't handicapped. This was no fault of the hotel. I can't think of anything that wasn't great about our stay!

I love the location , we attended a concert that evening. The location just made it so easy to walk to the venue and walk back to our hotel with out having to fight traffic to get out of the parking lot or even have to pay for parking.

There is nothing that i did not like about the hotel or the staff.

Good location and facilities are nice. Good to have breakfast on site. This stay the entire hotel system was offline impacting issuing room keys, using credit cards etc. Due to this each time we returned to our room, the key did not work. We had to go down to the front desk to be reissued a new key.

After the experience we had at the Holiday Inn, terrible, we were so please to enjoy this stay! Every staff person was amazing accept this one crabby lady with short hair at the front desk! I am old enough to know that had nothing to do with me!

The bed was a little too soft for us!

Breakfast was very good, we ordered omelets from the cook. Lots of choices for food and it was all good. It was a nice hotel, fancier than what we've stayed in before. The room was clean and it was large with a separate living room/kitchen area.

Indoor pool area was cold, but the hot tub was nice. The elevator almost closed on one of my kids and didn't stop when he was standing in the way of the doors. It was extremely dangerous.

My daughter and I attended a concert at Arkansas State University , and it was so easy to just walk from our hotel to the venue and back . We did not have to fight traffic to get in and out of the parking lot or pay for parking which was a huge convivence.

There is nothing that we did not like about the hotel or our stay.

We were on spring break .. swimming pool was why we were there… also stayed last year during spring break… Houlihan’s was horrible… hot tub switch wasn’t working… those were only dislikes we had
