Room was spacious and clean. Friendly front desk staff.

Breakfast attendant set it up then disappeared. Returned to start tearing down early even when people were still getting food. The coffee machine had many selections but they didn’t work. Black coffee worked. Juice machine didn’t work either. There was a hose coming from a service door, through the breakfast room, through 2 doors to outside, propping the doors open, all night and next morning. Only 1 washcloth and hand towel. All mismatched. 2 bath towels, 1 looked like it may have been used the way it hung on the bar behind the toilet. We did not use the shower.

I loved that the staff remembered who we were. They were so friendly. The manager went out of his way to greet us. The rooms are so clean, and housekeeping is more that accommodating. We came down due to my dad's health last time, now he is transitioning to a better place. It is nice to come stay at a clean friendly place where you can unwind and not have to worry about things.

I don't like that we are so far away from the hospital.

Great, Clean. The best part was the super front desk lady, Tamera. Wow. She was super nice, spot on helpful, knew what this (me) old veteran need to get from point A to B. Tho my time was short, I will try to come back again, but only stay there if my girl Tamera, is there and I here she got a big raise

Need to put out some signage to help find driveways due to the construction of a hotel next to the parking lot.

was suppose to be handicap room. there are no handrails to help you get up and down on toilet

The rooms are huge! Very clean, and comfortable!

I didn't like that I booked the room for a check in time of 10:00-11-00 am, and wasn't able to check in until 3:00 pm, so I lost out on another of money because I was only there for 6 hours! I booked it for earlier in the morning because I would only be there until 9:30 pm that same night.

My room was very nice with plenty of room. The bed was super comfortable. the workout room was great as well. most of the front lobby staff are super friendly (especially the girl who checked me in on Wednesday!)

I had personal items that went missing, a Victoria’s Secret bra. the manager and head of house keeping was to call me, but never did. the manager did seem helpful about it, but the head of house keeping was not . she was more like “whatever, I’ll see.”.

very clean room !great staff Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable. When I went to the front desk the gentleman was helpful and had a great attitude. He helped us and didn't seem to mind.

I think an indoor pool lol, Very clean room staff was very friendly . It was close to my shopping so it was very handy. Parking was good also, I think I will stay again.. The smell was amazing so whatever they were cleaning with was awesome.

The rooms are nice and comfortable and well managed. The staff are very generous and exceptional service. I have yet to try breakfast. I am a frequent user of this hotel and love the environment.. Thanks to all of you at Best Western on Gilmore!!

Not anything off hand can I complain of.

Breakfast started at 6am. I had an appointment at 7:30. I would not have been able to use it if it started any later. It had all the items i liked eggs toast, orange juice, yogurt, oranges, bananas.

The coffee machine was out of order but there was a coffee pot in our room.

The facility was very clean. Rooms were clean, also. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices to choose from.

When I first got there to check in, the attendant didn't greet me & I had to stand there for a few minutes before he acknowledged that I was there. He was on his phone.
