I had to pay them direct because you stole my money. They couldn’t gain access to you to solve it . Criminal is the only way to put it

Booking.scam. How can you ask me to rate the hotel when you charged me $ 207.36 to stay there & I had to pay another $113 to get a room. Because of your scam. Only stayed one night

It was very clean and easy to get to. Away from main attractions but easy to get there. The staff tried to get us a room with a couch because when I booked I chose a room that said had one but they said booking has their pictures wrong. They did give us. Blankets for my 14 yr old to sleep on.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Breakfast was filling, there were plenty of options, and the pool was great! It was definitely a welcoming relief after being in the hot sun all day. We were pleased with every aspect of our stay. After a long drive and long day, the beds were extremely comfortable.

I have no complaints about our experience.

The staff was EXTREMELY friendly & hospitable! The gentleman working the front desk the night of 3/22/25 deserves a special shout out for going above & beyond! Breakfast was very good, also!

The room above us was VERY noisy into the late night/midnight hours. We tried calling front desk to complain but couldn't get through.

The friendliness of all staff. Accommodations are great. I've stayed at many places in Jonesboro and Paragould, but this one is my go-to! Prices are reasonable and indoor pool for my grandsons to visit in the cold Temps. Sorry, but I will probably stay where there is an outdoor pool in the summer months.

The extraordinarily bright flashing light in the smoke detectors.

The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful with our stay.

Did not like breakfast. Milk was horrible and not much to choose from. Also kitchen staff complained how tired they were to where everyone could here.

The staff was exceptionally courteous and welcoming!

The sheets had way to much bleach smell. I had a sinus and facial reaction to it ( I get I’m sensitive) the family members who weren’t said the smell overwhelms the room.

There were ants in the bathroom and by the air conditioning in my room! The refrigerator was on the floor in the room that was pretty dirty

In the pool area, they had the air on instead of the heat ! so once u got out the pool it was freezing cold. but the pool was a heated pool and that was a plus

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and clean.

The only thing was the fire alarm was blinking every few seconds like a strobe light and I couldn't sleep well.
