Location was nice at that time of night. Close to Cracker Barrel restaurant.

They didn't tell us anything about breakfast the next morning. They also didn't tell it was a DRY county. When asked where to get alcohol, they told us where to get it,but didn't tell us we couldn't buy it on Sunday. ( THEY DAY WE WERE THERE)

have stayed in other hotels in this city and never impressed. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the work done by the staff, and by comparison, the price was really good. Will always use this hotel when in the area!

Good location to where we we going. It was clean.

The lady that was checking us in on Saturday evening just was not friendly. We stood at the desk for 3 to 4 minutes before she even acknowledged us. I was later told that she was new.

The breakfast was really good.

I booked under Booking.com and it included breakfast. The front desk were at first saying that breakfast was not included. I showed my receipt and then she said I would have to come down in the morning, because she wasn't familiar with how to handle this. The next morning, the front desk was trying to call the worker from that night. I was like you have the receipt why do you need to call her. It was a little disturbing to have to go through so much for breakfast that was included in the stay. But the person who prepared the breakfast did a great job. He was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious!

Great breakfast with several selections to choose from. Room was large, clean and beds were very comfortable with great pillows.

Could have used larger bath towels.

Kept hearing bass music sound, although not exceedingly loud. I called desk and they apologized and said it was a party in the facility and it would be done by midnight. Again this was not excessive and it ceased as soon as they said it would.

The breakfast, there wasn't a complimentary one.there.And the waiter said that the highline items on the menu they don't have. So we went to Golden Corral. The room was extremely cold and we couldn't change it.

I wanted an IHG Hotel in Jonesboro, on my way to Hermann, Mo. Very quiet and bed was great. Shay was Delightful

Clean, pretty we enjoyed our stay.

We were not made aware that a breakfast was available.It would have been better if we had known there was.That would have made price even better.
