I would have LOVED to have an extra blanket for my bed. I’m that person, that no matter the weather, I like the weight of blankets on me when I sleep. I didn’t request an additional blanket from the front desk, so that’s on me. I just wish an extra blanket would have already been in the room. I had a “throw blanket” in my car, but I didn’t want to go out and retrieve it at bedtime. I should have brought it in with me, and that’s my fault. Most people would be very happy with the weight of the sheet and bedspread. Overall, five stars for this location.

An additional blanket in the room, just in case you feel chilly, would be nice.

The staff were AMAZING. So kind and looked genuinely happy each time we saw them. The room was fantastic and so clean we stayed in a king suite and the bed was comfy. Because it was a suite it had a small living room like space that made it feel like an apartment and offered a great place to relax after a long day of work. Super pet friendly, our pup happy really seemed to enjoy it and the staff. Good to know: if you order food you will need to go to the lobby to grab it they won't let them bring it up. Understandable because it is a safety issue I will be using this location every time I travel here for work!

My ONLY "complaint" was breakfast... My husband loved the orange juice but the actual food wasn't the best. But considering the cost of the hotel and how great everything else was it wasn't a big deal to us at all. Just something to keep in mind if that's important to you.

The front desk I booked a room when I got there for my in-laws and 20 minutes later they showed up but through Booking.com it did not go through your system Even when I showed him my text message that it’s at the front desk from Booking.com and he was about to take a payment from my in-laws and I said what about my booking, he says well you’re gonna lose that It’s nonrefundable you need to really work on that. So they waited. It was only five minutes, but I definitely got high with the front desk how he was about to take money from my in-laws.

It was clean, smelled really good and it was quiet!! The person that checked me in was THEE BEST! Max (agent in training) was absolutely awesome. I was a mess when I came in! I was tired from moving my daughter in her dorm and this stay was completely unplanned, he was so pleasant and patient! Once I got myself together, he quickly checked me in and completely saved me in the end because he provided me with tooth brushes! He is a great addition to your staff!

The Eggs Benedict were divine! The Australian Cavair with a complimentary bottle of Dom Perione made my day. A personal thank you goes to front desk manager for going the extra mile by giving me an incredible Happy Ending massage after she got off work. Thank you Cindy for leaving fresh needles and an ounce of Columbian Gold in the safe. Can't wait to visit again.

It seemed more expensive this time traveling.

I booked my room through a third-party who charged me more from my room. Then the lady at front told me my room would have been going through the hotel so I called the third-party back and told them that the hotel would’ve cost me cheaper. I went through a third-party because they’re supposed to give me a better deal than the hotel, and they said they would call the hotel and ask him what the price would be and they would match it I was charged $201 for what the hotel told me would be $98. Are you kidding me? I think the hotel should have called the third-party or got rid of the third-party if they’re cheating that makes no sense to me. I will never go through the third-party ever again. If this hotel goes through this third-party that is supposedly supposed to help people and then they cheat, why does the hotel use them??? The third part was namedbooking.com

How could you better assist me? Make sure the third-party companies that you all go through what you all charge people it’s not fair.

The front desk staff and mngr were great. They were very professional,very nicely attired/groomed, friendly and really helpful. My room was clean,fresh looking and well appointed.

Its just a little too close to the hiway. I was on the back side and there was some hiway noise,but not enough to keep me from fallingbasleeo or waking me. Also it seems the shower glass was installed in such a way where it allows water to go between the fixed glass and rolling glass door and onto the floor. I think they were installed backwards. It could create a slip/fall scenario if someone wasnt paying attn. Not a reason for me not to return in a couple of weeks. See yall soon

The staff is unbelievably kind. I stay at this particular property when I’m having medical treatments. The staff give me extra good energy from their personalities and humor. Amazing people. The place always smells nice. Rooms are always spotless. Wish they were better insulated for noise but my walls at home are thin too! This really is an absolute bargain in Jonesboro. 10/10

Breakfast was good. We only took advantage of it one of the four days we were there, due to our plans, but everything was laid out well, clean, and the food was good. We always enjoy the waffles and coffee, as well as the juice.

Check in was a bit long. The Manager was new to their system and had to wait for one of the employees to come back from lunch or errands.......... We were able to get settled into our room and then come back down to finish checking in. We had asked for a handicap room, and once we got all our stuff in the room, we realized that wasn't what we had. Chiggy and Miguel were quick to get us into another room and it was great.

The staff was friendly and helpful when we asked for recommendations on food. The room was very clean and smelled nice. The second we walked into the lobby, we could smell a refreshing scent.

The location was good, but there was a lot going on in the area with construction of other buildings. It just seemed congested/messy around the hotel, which isn't really the fault of the hotel.
