Such a good place to stay. The location is great. The room had windows to two sides with views of the harbour. It was comfortable and immaculately clean - and great shower and spa bath. Coffee and tea making facilities. The owner was friendly and couldn't have done more to make us welcome. As for the breakfast - served in your room and amazing. Everything good quality and tailored to your requests. A perfect stay. One thing to note - the stairs are steep and narrow - would be difficult for anyone with mobility problems.

Beautiful quiet location with lots of natural light , and great view of marina . Very comfortable bed great coffee machine and wonderful helpful attentive host best stay ever just like being at home would definitely stay again highly recommend . Hoorn centre 5 minute walk with great cafes and shops and beautiful area to walk around.

Absolutely everything was exactly as we hoped it would be. We were visiting from America, and wanted an experience that would be different than what we were used to having on the USA. Ria, and her beautiful and unique property were wonderful! Situated right on the picturesque harbor, it is easy walking distance to everything! We stayed on the top floor. Ria is a charming host who prepared a fabulous breakfast that could have fed a large family! If we are ever lucky enough to return to Hoorn, we will definitely stay there again!

I can't think of a thing! (the stairs are a challenge, but that is also part of its' unique charm)

Excellent Bed & Breakfast.💫 The room was absolutely beautiful and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Great location overlooking the Hoorn Marine. Amazing bathroom/shower/spa bath. The hostess (Ria) is a beautifully friendly woman. Very accommodating to your needs and serves a really nice breakfast each morning to the room. Superb accommodation and well worth the price!

Could not fault this place!

The room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom had a lovely shower and there were plenty of toiletries and towels. We had a lovely view of the harbour and parked just down the road. The accommodation was really quiet at night but only a few minutes walk from the centre of Hooren so ideal for us.

The only negative is that there were 3 bikes parked in the entrance lobby which made entering and leaving the building very difficult.

Great location over marina and close to town centre. Big bedroom and bathroom. Excellent breakfast served in your room. Ria is a great host. Hoorn is a good base to visit North Holland. Good access to buses and trains and direct to Schiphol.

We paid extra for the breakfast which was delivered to our room by Maria. There was an excellent choice of items, fresh fruit, yoghurt, delicious bread rolls, boiled eggs, fresh orange juice. Maria was an excellent host, extremely welcoming and helpful. The view from the bedroom over the harbour was stunning. Bathroom was spacious and very clean, with a bath and a separate shower. We loved our stay in Hoorn, such a peaceful and interesting place. We recommend the one hour harbour tour for €15 each, including drinks, tickets available at the Oosterisland Museum.

The bed was a bit creaky and not very comfortable.

Ria is a great host and takes care of everything. we even got free washing and the breakfast every morning is incredible (timing fully flexible). the view onto the harbour is great and decoration/equipment of the room really lovely. it even had a sun shower and a whirl pool bath tub. location perfect as not in the middle of the city.

in summer you can watch a lot of caravans just opposite (boats are further away). if you stay longer you might want to clarify room cleaning frequency.

The room was very comfortable, well appointed including coffee maker with espresso and cappuccino pods, and a gorgeous view of the harbour. The bathroom included a large jacuzzi tub, which was great to enjoy after a long wet day walking around the town.

Lovely big room with nice views. Great shower and spa bath. Ria was a friendly helpful host. Short walk to the train station and just 30 minutes on the train to Amsterdam. Great location in a lovely picturesque small city. WiFi was good.

2 single duvets on the bed but I improvised by turning them horizontally. I couldn't operate the blinds in the bathroom which made me feel a bit exposed.
