The Hotel is in the very heart of the town, a perfect location to discover the center and the pedestrian zone. The staff is very kind and helpful. The overall quality of the room is fine, and the breakfast is of high quality, is you like local foods.

Due to the fact that the Hotel is in the center, sometimes the night life is a bit noisy. The windows are not bad, but the noise reduction is not perfect.

Located right in the centre, this hotel offers a comfortable stay and pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and modern. They provided all the facilities to fulfill my needs. The staff are very polite and helpful. They created a friendly and welcoming environment. The breakfast was tasty, even the bar is great and they serve good coffee.

Some suggestions: 1. Adding the parking lot location to the description, because it's a bit far (5-7 min walking distance) from the hotel and I had trouble finding it at first. (I asked the staff however and they directed me) 2. Installing a shower curtain/ doors, to avoid the water splashing.

Five unforgettable days spent at the EMERY Hotel. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, where there is a large influx of people. The surroundings are a mix of greenery and coffee bars where you can take a break from a busy day, listening to the songs of the birds. The hotel staff is fantastic and always enthusiastic to give you the requested service (Every compliment). The cleanliness of the hotel is maintained at a high level, the rooms are cleaned daily, and the towels are changed after each day. The breakfast is a traditional buffet, and on the table you will find all local dishes and fresh juices.

The hotel is well located in the city center, in front of a main square. The area around hotel is pedestrian but nearest taxi stand is within 3 min walk. Rooms are well maintained and refurbished and with generous size. Ample wardrobe. Complimentary slippers and bathrobe available. Remarkable to remember: blankets perfumed with a fine scent. Lighting and AC controls of modern type and good quality. WiFi working well everywhere. Good and varied breakfast, with superb served cappuccino. Staff gentle and friendly.

Rooms facing square could be affected by the city buzz. Some more international program could be welcomed on the TV set, with remote control too basic to easily browse thru programs available. Stair cases not accessible.

I recently stayed at this hotel located right in the heart of the city, and it was a fantastic experience overall. The room was very comfortable, offering all the amenities you could need for a pleasant stay, from a cozy bed to modern bathroom facilities. One of the highlights was the small but charming spa, which is open until late in the evening, allowing for some relaxing downtime after a day of exploring. The breakfast was impressive, featuring a rich continental spread with plenty of fresh and delicious options to start the day off right.

The only downside was the size of the lobby—it felt a bit cramped, especially during check-in and check-out times. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to everything else the hotel has to offer.

Absolutely loved the location—everything is within a 5 to 10-minute walk. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Breakfast was good; I would have loved to see more local products. The room was quiet, just as I had requested.

The spa is a nice touch. If I may offer a small suggestion, adding some chairs for relaxing and a few hangers for ropes and towels would make it even better. The staff is not fully fluent in English, which occasionally made communication a bit difficult

Property was great, clean, well-located, with very good breakfast.

The staff we met were not very friendly: from the man who checked us in (rather curt manner), to the bar tender (preferred to sit in the dark in the other room on her phone than serve drinks) and surly waitress in the breakfast restaurant (who was apparently put out by the request for a high chair for our baby). Basic polite friendliness is not much to ask for, so I do recommend some training for your staff. Also, double bed was just two singles pushed together, which wasn’t comfortable.

The location of the hotel is perfect, in the pedestrian area and close to bars and restaurants. There are different types of rooms. All are modern and well-equipped. In addition, they are well insulated and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is also very nice. The basic single room is a bit small, but those with a balcony are somewhat larger. Breakfast is also very good. Finally, the people at the reception are efficient and charming, always ready to help. In short, an excellent hotel for a stay in Pristina.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made my stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious. The room was very clean. Great view and perfect location. I would definitely recommend.

Everything is clean and beautiful.

My only issue is the air con . The hotel operate it so we couldn’t change it ourselves and everyone is different , for us we struggled as we couldn’t get it to work from room and when we asked they said it was set and couldn’t do anything about it . Guests should be able to put it on when they want not have to bother the staff
