The location was great and it was quiet on the 3rd floor. (Not so much on the 2nd.) Suite with tub was quite spacious. Our children enjoyed the pool. When we did have our room cleaned, they did an excellent job. Also, when they did have cookies at the front (about half the days we were there), it was awesome.

I wish our room would have been cleaned more often and that there would have been a bigger garbage can in the room. My family members who were on the 2nd floor heard lots of noise from above. For our room that had the tub, there should be some sort of safety bars on either side to help people get in and out of the tub safely.

2nd time staying at this location and it is very refreshing to know and experience such top notch real customer service and hospitality..from the time we walked in til the time we checked out it was just an amazing stay. The breakfast is one of the best i have had aside from a cook to order style.they offer multiple choices..omlettes..corned beef hash..sausage..bacon..breakfast potatoes.etc..and it changes up daily. I cannot say enough about the staff from the owner who was putting in a full shift at the front counter to the housekeeping staff everyone is smiling and very nice..we will definatley be back!! Thank you for restoring our faith in taking pride in your work.

Housekeeping. They were impatient. It was an hour before check out and they began knocking. I responded " In here very loudly from right behind the door, the do not disturb was on the door. Not 15mins later again more knocking but this time our door was opened from Housekeeping. I again yelled "we are still in here". the door closed and maybe 5mins after, our door opened again no knock before opening. I was frustrated at this point. I went right to the door and opened it making it clear we would be using our room until 5mins to check out. We've never had any issues at this location. We love it. Just got a little frustrating. We will definitely still go back!

The staff was great, breakfast offered a lot of options, the bed was very comfortable and our suite was laid out perfectly so I could go to bed early and my husband could watch TV in the other room without bothering me. Great location a bit off the main road and nice and quiet.

The only thing negative I can think of is that the water pressure in the shower wasn't the best. It fluctuated and was never really as strong as I prefer. I find that's the case in most hotels, unfortunately.

I loved how spacious and comfortable the rooms were. The options for breakfast was such a wide variety you could definitely find something you'd like. The staff were super nice. The beds are super comfortable.

When booking the reservation, we were asked what time we were expected to be there. So qe put around 12 or 1. It changed our reservation/check in time to that time frame. So when we got there the room wasn't ready yet and had to wait a couple more hours. Maybe it was an error on our end but that's the only thing I "didn't like"

The location for us was excellent. We were only 12 minutes away from the Church where we were attending an event. Breakfast at the facility was very good. All three of us were happy with our breakfast options.

A swimming suit thrown over the shower curtain rod created a puddle on the floor in the bathroom. When I used a hand towel under the foot to wipe the water up it was obvious that the floor was not mopped for a while. It (the bathroom floor) didn't look bad but the white towel after wiping the wet floor sure did.

Great location. Breakfast was above what was expected. Friendly staff. Room was clean upon arrival. There was a little confusion during check in due to how Booking.com compensates the hotel with a virtual credit card, however it was all taken care of once the receptionist was given a little time to figure out how to apply the virtual card to our room.

We didn't need room service but was told the room would be serviced every third day of our stay. We didn't need new towels during our stay, didn't ask for them during our stay but clean towels everyday should be automatic. I'm willing to bet that obtaining new towels, should we have needed them, would have been as easy as going to the desk and asking for them.

We have stayed here two years in a row and will continue to do so. This year we were in the room right across from the breakfast area, right off the lobby (to the right) and will always request this room as long as we are traveling with children. Everything was great. A lovely experience!

The breakfast was good. The room was nice with a separate sitting area. The bathroom was clean. The room had a nice size refrigerator and microwave as well as coffee maker. Two flat screen TV's.

Since we stayed 4 nights, they said the room would be cleaned on the third day. It was not cleaned. The couch in the sitting area was not comfortable at all.

Comfortable beds and delicious breakfast.

Carpet was filthy throughout the hotel. It is worn and dirty I. The elevator, hallways and the rooms. Pool signs say it opens at 6 am, but it doesn’t open until 7:30. When I asked about it at the front desk they said they haven’t gotten around to changing the signs yet. Seems like an easy fix with a piece of paper and some tape.
