A gorgeous boutique hotel, comfortable rooms, spacious and lots of cupboard space for unpacking. Quiet throughout though located on the main street of the historic town centre. Beautiful decor with lovely figurines, artwork and installations throughout the hotel. There's a lovely quiet wellness space to be enjoyed. Breakfast has variety and is plentiful. This is made a special place of stay because of the owner operators, Denis and his parents. They truly are hospitality at its best. Your comfort and wellbeing is given utmost consideration. Denis kept me informed of cultural events that were happening during my period of stay, along with recommendations for places to eat and for rewarding hikes in the locality. This was a very special stay beyond the comfort of the hotel I highly recommend to stay.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. Gave tips on activities and restaurant recommendations. Hotel is run with a lot of love and dedication.

The Wi-Fi and internet access was unfortunately slow or equipped with old technology (WEP). Unfortunately, it was not sufficient for working. There is room for improvement here.

Very nice position, staff is super helpful and gentle, breakfast is excellent. Very good decor. We were in the junior suite in 4 and the space was more than enough. Bathroom was big and clean and had a nice and fancy shower. The Spa is available by request and we went only one time in 4 days. It is big enough and in excellent condition. There is a small sauna, a fairly big Turkish bath, a salt room and a locker room. The owner prepared us also a delicious tisane while we were there. In the area of Valsugana there is plenty of places to visit and the owner and his family are available to find the best ideas for your vacation.

The reception is not open 24h as in a 4 star hotel.

Good location. Very nice and beautiful town. The owner Denise and his parents are running this hotel for eleven years with warm hearts. They are very friendly and helpful. In the town there is a big shopping center. The castle on the hill is nice and in privat hand.

Denis, the owner, and his parents run the beautiful property and are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and very tastefully decorated. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

The historic property was beautifully renovated. The owner/ receptionist was super friendly & helpful.

Exceptionally friendly reception from the hotel manager, Dennis, who gave us very good tips for things to do. Thanks for the recommendation of Artesella, very, very worth visiting! Very comfortable beds and tasteful decor of the comfortably large, very quiet and clean room. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit salad, homemade cakes, ham and cheese. Very attractive sauna area which we enjoyed using because of the rain on arrival. Great accommodation for a stopover but also for a longer stay. Very happy to return!
