Such good value. The room was spotlessly clean and smelt so good. Two easy chairs made tv viewing comfy and there were two padded kitchen chairs. The bed was comfortable and lots of pillows. The bathroom was super clean, especially the shower cubicle, and the hot water was just the right temperature so as to not scald. There were even cookies along with tea, coffee and a kettle toaster and microwave. It was super quiet as was the split air conditioner.

Location was good, walking distance to the Farmers Arms for tea. Heavy dew overnight, minus 3 degrees so really appreciated the scraper hanging by our room door to help clear the ice from windows. Spacious room Tv worked well. Nice to have silver cutlery supplied

The only heater was an old reverse cycle air conditioner. It blew out cold air when turned on for over 30 minutes. Reason being it began at 13 degrees and slowly climbed to 23 degrees. On a cold morning of minus 3 degrees it was not enjoyable.

For a country town motel, it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious. & the bed was very comfortable. There were also plenty of comfy spare pillows. Although there was no satellite tv, there were still heaps of digital tv options, like you tube etc. The bathroom was clean & tidy, & has pumps with shampoo, conditioner, shaving foam. shower gel, etc. Don't let the fact that you are on a truck highway deter you. I didn't even know they were passing by.

The water pressure was a little low, but that's common in most hotels. Other than that it is probably the best country hotel I have stayed in.

Room was spacious and very clean. There are lots of thoughtful improvements to what would otherwise have been be an older-style standard country motel, such as the addition of plenty of power points, provision of electric under-blankets, blanket available as well as quilt, etc. All the other usual room amenities were in good order.

Nothing to mention.

The size of the room was great with ample floor space, comfortable seating, great lighting options. Very clean rooms.

The shower head is too small, it only gives a narrow flow of water onto your head. No long leisurely showers with the current fitting. It was reminiscent of the shower heads we were advised to install in the last severe drought in Victoria, decades ago.

Room was well appointed for this type. My air con was quiet and efficient. Best freezing mini-bar fridge I've seen in a room for a while, re-froze my cool packs and sport drinks perfectly overnight.

One of the other air con exhaust fans from another room, which was in a group at the back of my room, was quite loud, one of the 3 nights I was there. I think it was left on overnight by mistake. Thankfully, it only happened the one night.

Very quiet, clean, tidy, well presented and in excellent condition. Queen bed was medium firm and very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Very spacious. It was a little cool in late August but the extra blanket and electric blanket were enough without needing to turn on a heater.

I think having a coat rail beside the door would be good to hang up jackets and a floor mat to put shoes on.

Friendly and helpful staff with long front desk hours. Good size room with fridge and microwave.

Hot water was variable - took a long time to get hot water flowing, and one afternoon we gave up waiting for it. Unfortunately the road behind the motel is used by heavy trucks to bypass town, so occasionally there was a bit of traffic noise outside. Not enough to disturb our sleep at night, though.

Large room with good furnishings, comfortable bed and pillows, great shower. Handy to the RSL for dinner and an easy walk up the main street to check out the murals .

Unappealing exterior with overgrown garden. Some traffic noise from the highway.

Great service, friendly and very clean room. Not huge but just right for the two of us. Everything well maintained making our stay very comfortable. Dinner recommendation at the Farmers Arms Hotel a short walk away was perfect!
