I was reading the reviews, there were a few bad ones. Everything about how they described the hotel was nothing I experienced. Staff was super friendly. Room was perfect, and it was not noisy at all. I would stay there again.

Breakfast is included and it exceeded my expectations. So many varieties to choose from. Everything is there for breakfast. The lady in the kitchen was so nice and hardworking.

Nice room for the price. Good size TV. The walk in shower is always better than a tub. I didn't mind the lobby, but smaller and not as new as other Hampton Inns. Close to Hwy 77 so location was good.

Food was good. Location off highway was perfect. Staff who greeted us at 12:30 in the morning was pleasant and personable.

Bath towels were thin and scratchy.

Breakfast was perfect for going out to enjoy a long ride cycling the New River trail. Great selection and quality of foods. All the hotel staff people were kind and helpful. Excellent location, clean, high quality.

Some closer restaurant options other than fast food; however we found a great brewery in Wytheville!

Staff is friendly and welcoming and room was clean. The air conditioner even worked this time.

The toilet seat was loose on the toilet.

Had a small king size room. Shower could have used some attention - new caulking would improve it's appearance a lot. Very nice breakfast in the morning.

Clean, comfortable. Great breakfast. I left my jacket in the closet and they called to tell me. They held it for me until I could get back there to get it
