On Saturday night, it stopped at 5 am, and on Sunday night, the noise from singing and shouting stopped at 4 am. Otherwise, it was absolutely amazing to stay at the Ramada Hotel.

Top experience compounded by staff’s attention to details. A big thank you to Mr. Andrei Teodorini, GM for the extra care during our stay and for the fine touch that certainly made our evening more enjoyable and memorable. Reception staff was also friendly and easy going. Rooms are very clean. Will return.

Can’t find anything that I didn’t like.

We've been staying at this hotel several times already, even before it became Ramada. I miss the old Alutus with the huge suites and beautiful wood floors but also like it now as it is very modern, central, close to everything, has nice view. It is also very quiet and has very good phonic isolation. There were 2 weddings in the hotel but we slept just fine, didn't hear anything. The hotel also has AC which is extremely useful.

It can be challenging finding parking as the hotel has very few parking spots but we were always able to get one.

We arrived on vacation, an excellent hotel, good service from the staff, we only had to take the luggage to the room by ourselves with the help of a luggage trolley. Reasonable and good breakfast with a large selection. Adjacent parking is free and the rest on the street for a maximum payment of 15 lei per day, in the evening parking is free. There is a lot of noise from the music that is played downstairs in the restaurant until the wee hours of the night.

The noise of the loud music shows until the wee hours of the night in the restaurant below disturbs sleep.

Excellent client service, fabulous food and absolutely stunningly decorated hotel. The staff has always answered my requests, the restaurant staff is highly trained and they were all very nice. I literally felt like home and I have no words to describe the quality of the whole experience. Hospitality at the highest level! Congrats!

Everything was high class, brilliant service provided. Staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. We had good nights sleep in comfortable beds, daily cleaning of the room, new towels every day were a high bonus. And the A/C was a god sent when outside was 35 degrees Celsius. We were very pleased with the hotel booked for 4 nights. Definitely recommend it to my friends.

It’s clean and comfortable.

The breakfast food was cold and the waiters were not doing anything. First of all, no one greeted us. While we were getting our food, someone came up behind me and asked me to give them my room number. At one point, our table was full of plates and no one was clearing it. The food was good, too bad it was cold.

-Room was quite small (but we knew that) -Breakfast was a complete disappointment; we skipped it in the second day (but Manarola restaurant is very good) -The A/C quite noisy -Soundproofing could be better (I could hear the guests above us, including when their shower was on) -Lots of events in the hotel; make sure to get a room on the upper floors with view on the street of the main entrance

Excellent location, clean room, wonderful breakfast.

The staff needs more training to behave professionally, ladies staff at breakfast were scrutinizing everyone, whispering, and started to take food away earlier and in a rush, without even asking if we need anything else for the kid.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, good amenities

The shower could use some renovations. Plus, there was a problem with the water heating, as at some point all water was scolding hot, even though it was completely switched on “Cold”. That switch could be dangerous in the shower.
