Beautiful building, excellent location, professional staff, clean room, spa facilities, ample parking.

The inventor of the Hagleitner toilet paper dispensers, together with the Palace people responsible for purchasing those dispensers should be sentenced to spend their time in Hell wiping the asses of the other inmates with the tiny sheets that comes out of the said dispensers. This is a real issue - so to speak, a pain in the ass! In order to get more than 1 tiny sheet out of that box, one has to do a complicated gymnastics involving sticking fingers into the box, rolling the roll, etc, etc... A simple yet important thing becomes a real issue. Apart from that, the breakfast was already cold and almost exhausted at 9 am. Restaurant is seriously overpriced for what they offer, which is a pity because the setting is very nice.

Nice big hotel, placed near the park in Govora. Rooms were clean, we had access to the pools and sauna and the personnel was friendly. We only eat breakfast there and it was ok.

There are no insect nets on the windows, so you can't really keep them open at night. There is HVAC in the rooms, but I would have preferred to turn it off and open the windows.

The building is very nice, pretty cheaply renovated in 2012, but very nice, rooms are very spacious, beds are comfortable and the bathrooms clean, although the bathtub with shower curtain gave us 90' vibes... Housemaids replaced the towels daily, and that is it, no other bathroom cleaning, no vacuuming, no bed making, nothing else. The food at the breakfast buffet was of pretty low quality, especially in contrast with the a la carte dinner menu, which was pricy but excellent. The surrounding parc and forest is ideal to go on walks and hear the birds chirping away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, relaxed well, but just think this hotel is a little bit pricey for what it offers.

The hotel dates back to 1914. The rooms are nice and spacious, the mattress is a bit hard for my taste but we slept very good. The SPA area is nice: they have a hammam, dry and wet sauna, 2 indoor pools and a jacuzzi (the water temperature varies from 26 to 33 degrees C). My wife reserved a massage session and was pleased with it. The park near the hotel is very nice. We went in autumn and we got to see the trees changing their leaves. We only had desert in the a-la carte restaurant and the "papanasi"/dumplings with jam were good.

The breakfast was quite scarce...very few options. The dry and wet sauna were not working when we visited (late October 2022). In our room, nr. 410, when turning on the radiator's faucet to get heat, it made a constant loud dripping sound which was very annoying. If we turned the faucet off, the noise was gone but so was the heat. I think maintenance should check it out.

The way the hotel was modernized was great. It's great to see how they kept as much as possible of the original flair of the place while bringing the comfort and facilities customers would expect from a 4 star hotel these days.

Most of the staff was ok except for some of the people in the hotel restaurant. Some were rude, and at one point at 21:30 we wanted to have a nightcap and they refused to serve us. 5 minutes later a couple that seemed important to them were even served food even though the kitchen was supposedly closed.

The outside pool is great, also the spa zone is worth it. Room is clean and the staff is kind and helpful.

Food was good, but it could be better for the price they charge. Breakfast good, but not with so many options.

Beautiful hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful, good size room, clean, very comfortable beds.

Spa was a disappointment, access to sauna 10€ for 10’, even if entry to spa is included in the room price, small size hammam for the entire hotel, relaxing area with only 4 or 5 chaise. Breakfast is very basic, rather poor.

The location of the hotel is good, it’s next to the park. Breakfast is good. Receptionist are very friendly and thoughtful, the room is clean, and comfortable. I will come again and recommend it to my friends.

Absolutely loved our stay here - the staff was very friendly and highly professional, rooms were clean and had all needed facilities, the breakfast was very tasty AND varied (lots of options to choose from), restaurant food (lunch and dinner) absolutely delicious. Highly recommend staying here!

Not a dislike, more of an improvement suggestion - more loungers in the outdoor pool area. For how many people the hotel can accommodate, here particularly (where it’s lovely to sit during the summer), could have used more sun beds :)

Very stylish hotel (royal vibe), wonderful spa, very good food, next to town park, big parking lot, friendly staff, very clean.

One lose dog in the parking lot, many wasps (I think there is a have next to the hotel). On 28.08.2024 there was no attendend at the outdoor pool so we had to attend for ouselved...take matress from storage area, take ash tray and so on...and no one to serve cold Drinks.. on the other hand, on 27.08.2024, there was a very nice attendant, very attentive to guests.
