We had a wonderful holiday in Kalkan. We were well taken care of by Fatih, who had great knowledge of the local restaurant scene. We had a second floor suite with a balcony. The rooms were large and very comfortable. Even in the extreme heat wave we had while we were there, the air conditioning worked beautifully.

Spent 8 days here in early June. Unfortunately, it was in the high 30s and low 40s. While Lupia Suits is not far from the centre, it is a bit of an uphill climb in the higher temperatures. The view of Kalkan from the balcony was good but partially obscured by the buildings across the road.

An excellent boutique private hotel! The location is very convenient. 5 min. walk to the center town and the harbour.All the personnel /team of the hotel very gentle , professionals and helpful. I thank the Owner, Fatih. Elif hanim for making a delicious turkish breakfast, Arda for his help as well. My suite spacious and clean, with a nice view to the sea , very good quality of bedding & towels and sheets. I did not make use of the crystal clear swimming pool, but it is a neat cozy area of the open space of the hotel. My stay was wonderful, and I strongly recommend this little diamond hotel. Bravo! Nothing to remark.

We loved that this is a small and beautifully run hotel/suite. 7 suites in total. We liked also that there was no children under 12 allowed. It was relaxing and pieceful. The whole place is run by an amazing guy called Fatih. Nothing is a problem and always with a smile. Now... the breakfasts each morning 9 till 11am, wow. These are prepared and served up by Fatih and Elif (Fatih's mum). 9 dishes, turkish style each morning. We never missed it once and it was included in our stay. Something for everyone. Would we stay again 100% we would. We spoke to several couples staying and they all agreed that it was a great relaxing place and would return again. Great sunbeds for all and shaded areas. Loved the Cabanas for a cheeky 5pm drink. Each room is a different style and clean and modern. Old town 4 minute walk and your there. Speical mention again to Fatih and Elif for looking after us and all the other guests. The place wouldn't the same without them. We will return. See you soon.

Our stay at Lupia Suites was fantastic from start to finish. The rooms are so comfortable and spacious. We had a lovely view out over the town and to the sea. There was a huge fridge freezer for drinks and ice. It was the staff that really made our stay special. It’s a small hotel with a small team and they are all so friendly and welcoming. I would like to mention in particular Fatih, our man on front of house. He was so helpful and always around if we needed him. Breakfast was a wonderful variety of plates brought to our table. The general public areas and pool were very clean and well looked after, and the design and decor is lovely. Great location just five minutes walk down to the old town. Highly recommend this hotel it’s a little gem!

I loved my stay at Lupia Suites and wish I could have stayed for longer! Fati and the team were super friendly, accommodating and made it a wonderful experience. A beautiful, stylish boutique hotel. I loved that it was a small hotel with only a few rooms so was a really chilled vibe. The swimming pool is great and the room was really spacious and well-equipped. Great location in terms of proximity to the Old Town. I have never had so many dishes at breakfast time (omelette, salad with fresh cheeses and vegetables, bread, chips, pastry rolls) but all really delicious. Cocktails by the hotel pool are really good too. Overall, would rate it 10/10.

Would prefer air con unit to not be directly above the bed, especially when sleeping

Warm welcome from Feti and his family /team. Modern, immaculate hotel with beautiful facilities. Lovely bedroom which arch are cleaned daily. Shower is hot and powerful and towels changed daily. Tea and coffee facilities in room too which is ideal. Pool area is fabulous and the soundness and cabanas are immaculately clean and kept very tidy Breakfast is an absolute feast and there is so much to choose from and everything all delicious. Very close to town and harbour which means you don’t need to pay for taxis! Feti is an excellent host and concierge. I highly recommend you book a stay at this hotel. You won’t be disappointed! 5*****

Nothing - I liked everything it offered

Fantastic location and the staff were so lovely. The property was kept spotlessly clean and the use of mirrors and beautiful plants made it all very relaxing. Would definitely recommend and will hope to return soon.

The glass window between the bathroom and bedroom meant there was no privacy when showering or using the toilet. Would be good to have a privacy screen fitted but only a very minor quibble and did not detract from an otherwise beautiful family run hotel.

A superb Turkish breakfast with a little surprise every day - a wonderful start to the day. Everything about this hotel we loved - the location was a short walk from all restaurants, bars, beach and harbour. Lovely views from our suite with beautiful sunsets and Fathi, the Manager and his staff were so helpful and friendly. We will be coming back.

We were welcomed very warmly with a Turkish tea. The hotel was so clean and the room was amazing. We had a top floor room and they helped with our luggage, our room was spacious and had a bath outside, and what a. view from our bedroom. The location of the hotel was perfect too. Will definitely be returning. Fabulous Hotel and lovely friendly people. 10 stars ❤️

Fab small hotel, with stunning views across the bay. Fatih and the team cannot do enough for you. Everywhere is clean and immaculate, breakfast is a wonder to behold, we are looking forward to returning.

There is no escaping the steep inclines every where in Kalkan. Lupia is no exception. It’s a very small ‘moan’ that there is no lift so be ready for the steps
