The Staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a family Business and they were all very helpful. The Hotel was very clean and the rooms were immaculate.

This accommodation offers poor hospitality. Firstly, during the booking process, the staff was unresponsive and slow to reply. We attempted to call directly to request breakfast details but received no answer. We also tried to communicate with Booking support. Eventually, the hotel provided a WhatsApp number for communication, which was not helpful. Secondly, no invoices were provided for any payments. Although we prepaid for the stay via the platform, breakfast could only be paid for in cash, and we did not receive any invoices or documentation, even in handwritten form. Thirdly, upon check-in, we were informed that the hotel had overbooked and could not provide the rooms we had reserved in advance. The staff relocated us to a different hotel. Lastly, one of our belongings was mistakenly left at the hotel. Despite numerous calls to the hotel, the staff did not respond to our requests about returning the item. We also tried to communicate via Booking support, but it was not helpful. After several calls, the hotel staff claimed there was nothing in the room, but we are certain the item was left behind. We do not recommend staying at this property due to the lack of quality service.
