I think this is the best hotel in Kupang. I paid a bit extra for the seaview room (about 70 bucks all up) but well worth it. The rooms are amazing for the price (compared to what we pay in Aus for this quality). Two lovely pools, lots of trees and right on a beautiful beach were all the locals come to play and hang out, so you can go down and meet the Kupang locals who are really the loveliest people. Staff were great, food and room service too. My first time but I will definitely be back. I met so many really nice people. Thank you so much for all you do to make it a great stay. Love your work!!

As anticipated from the Sotis Group, my stay was quite delightful. The hotel boasts an excellent location with beachfront access, proximity to a shopping mall, and dining options, all in a relatively uncrowded setting. The staff were notably helpful and cheerful, which added to the positive experience. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, although there is room for improvement in terms of soundproofing, as external noise, such as footsteps, was audible. The swimming pool was another highlight, offering a clean and inviting space with a stunning view of the nearby beach. As for the dining experience, it was nothing short of amazing. The breakfast spread featured a variety of options, ranging from traditional to modern cuisine, and the restaurant staff were exceptional in their service. Considering the price paid for my stay, I believe it was well worth it to choose Sotis Kupang.

I booked Sotis Hotel on my way to Rote and it was perfect. They arranged airport pick up and dropped me off at the ferry the next day. Super helpful on my way back as well because I had to change flight and they helped re-book my booking. Clean hotel, with a lovely pool to hang since Kupang does not have too much to offer in the surrounding neighbourhood. Will be back again.

Sometimes the aircons don’t work properly, it’s pretty obviouslypoor preventative maintenance, this has happened before twice and customers shouldn’t have to ask to have it repaired every time.

This is probably the best business hotel in Kupang, directly located at the sea. It features a pool, nice outdoor area and direct access to the local beach, which can be (because near the city) a tiny bit on the "dirty side" upon closer look but still is very nice for a little walk. Some facilities (spa, bar in the lobby) were closed during my last stay, probably because of Ramadan.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning and the relaxing ambiance throughout the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. I'll be back for sure!

The location on the beach for 1 night stay was great with local kids playing guitar & singing at sunset. Great views The breakfast was really good

The pool water needed treating It was very cloudy so we couldn’t swim The front desk staff were unable to tell us of a local Warung close by - they said we need to drive - however the friendly porter said there were two right next door only 20m walk - we ate there twice!!!

First time stayed there, impress with most of it, love the room, staff are very friendly from check-in, at the restaurant and concierge staff.

The location is good right on the beach, very clean, friendly and polite staff, food is good, local cats were friendly please look after them🤗❤️ the pool is clean even though we didn’t have chance to swim in there🥹

the parking was tight, and the day on our check out we parked at the front of the hotel but the security told us not to park there, whereas during our stay i saw cars were allowed to park right at the front of the hotel and it was annoying because I had to squeeze past those cars to park on the other side and checked out took far too long as they had to inspect the room before finalizing our bill

Very nice accomodation in Kupang. Particularly the seaview rooms are really nice. Sitting on the balcony and observing late afternoon life on the beach and the sunset is my favorite. The restaurant serves really good food and staff is very friendly and helpful.

The pool needs better cleaning, because it’s being used a lot. As with many Indonesian properties, noise from loud music can be a problem. The restaurant’s music doesn’t bother you in the rooms, but people also bring their boom boxes to the beach below your window.
