The place was clean, staffs were friendly, helpful and super efficient. Its actually closer to consulates, accessible from Mumbai international Airport and the location consists of a wide variety of Mughal cuisines and delicious eateries. Would highly recommend to others as well. Accessibility is good and the hotel is worth the amount. Special mentions to all the good staffs who made the stay easier for me n my family, we all loved staying with them.

The place could be a little noisy at times during the night, definitely not the bustling city, but visitors or the staffs were could actually keep it a bit more low. Otherwise still a good stay to consider if you wish to stay with family.

The hotel is situated on a bustling street. It's easy to find an auto, or places to eat. That's the best part about this hotel. The room was clean and the staff was helpful.

The food was not upto the mark. Especially the tea and coffee they served were very bad..

The receptionist/care taker lady was exceptional.

Room was too too small, lots of mosquitoes, bathroom was smelly because of low air circulation. Towels, bedsheets, pillow cover had stains, hairs and looked not fresh. Soap provided was very low quality.

Overall the hospitality of hotel was good and as far as breakfast was found ok .good experience of the hotel and location . Thanks

I like the hotel. During my visit Ibrahim is at the reception desk and I have got easy check in and out. Ibrahim is always in a smiling face and he is at all time ready to help us. Room is ok and clean. Everyday they clean the room and toilet.

A/C water falling on the bed. Its uncomfortable situation. Bath room is small but could be managed. Wash besin is too small and its not usable for hand wash.

Room is spacious. Very customer friendly. Provided breakfast too.. Helped in all the means. Overall Excellent service. Just 2.5 KM to US visa consulate. Special Thanks to Ibrahim.

It was a small hotel filled with love ❤ . The madam at the reception took the extra step to take care of me.

Location. The hotel is close to the airport but in the monsoons it took me an hour to get to the airport. Almost missed my plane. Plan the travel with uber well in advance.

As per our booking, complimentary breakfast was not included. But, they voluntarily agreed to offer it. Anyway, we're not able to avail it due to early leaving the hotel during our stay.
