My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights, and the stay was simply comfortable. Excellent spacious room, clean interiors, alert and responsive in-house staff, excellent buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and polite staff in the restaurant, comfortable buffet timings. My AC was not getting adjusted, they changed my room on request at 12 am, without hassles! Receptionist helped book Uber. I'd strongly recommend this hotel to leisure and business travelers to Mumbai.

They should provide a newspaper in the room instead of keeping it in the restaurant. A nice non-alcoholic welcome drink can enhance the experience further.

I would say this is one of the best hotels in Mumbai, offering clean rooms, essential amenities, and customer-friendly staff. I visited Mumbai for my US consulate interview, and this hotel was perfect for my stay. It is conveniently located near BKC, where the US consulate is, and commuting there by auto or car was easy, as transportation was readily available in front of the hotel. As far as I know, this is the only hotel that provides food along with accommodation—apologies if I’m mistaken. The hotel serves a variety of cuisines with great taste. Lastly, I must highlight the exceptional hospitality of the staff, who demonstrate an elevated sense of customer service. Overall, I would rate this hotel 9/10.

GLAD TO HAVE FOUND THIS HOTEL! 1. The hotel is centrally located in Mumbai and it's easy to get around from there to practically anywhere! 2. It is a great value for money hotel, the rooms are huge and overall the hotel and the rooms are quite clean. 3. They provide lunch, dinner and breakfast all included in the room price and it is a great hotel at this price. There are not many options in Mumbai at this price 4. The staff is amazing and very helpful and sweet 5. Since I was staying there on Christmas they even handed out a small surprise goodie bag to all guests on their room doors as a Christmas present :)

The neighbourhood that it is located in is not that great but as long as you are staying inside your hotel and taking cabs to get around you should be fine. Although rooms were quite clean there was a little bit of trash left on one side of the bed but when I highlighted it to the cleaners they immediately cleaned it up.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was an excellent buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner included in the price. Staff were very polite, helpful and efficient. The hotel was very clean and it was in an excellent location for me. The grounds and area immediately around it, including little shops were great.

The wifi was good, but "glitched" a bit too often for around a second when on calls and some website access blocked eg yahoo mail.

This not only adds value to the overall experience but also ensures a hassle-free stay. The staff were courteous and efficient, catering to our needs with a smile. While there's always room for improvement, I was impressed with the overall service and amenities. In conclusion, I'd give Kohinoor Elite Hotel an 8.5 out of 10. If you're looking for a convenient, comfortable, and value-for-money stay in the area, look no further. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others and plan to return in the future.

The location is good. Taxi and Rickshaw stand was just outside the gate. The main road leading to this hotel was congested but that is not the hotel's issue. All 3 meals were included and there were quite a lot of options in the buffet spread. Taste and quality of food was good too. The hotel was clean and tidy.

Some painting work was going on in the corridors when we stayed there. We got rooms on the same side that this work was going on due to which it was a little dusty in the corridors. It would have been better if we were informed about it upfront in the reception as it came as a surprise after coming back from our day tour.

The hotel is so clean and comfortable, i really liked the food and the stuff they very kind and polite, there’s is a receptionist man doing night shifts i think he is the best receptionist i have ever seen so far. the neighborhood is kind of calm close to the airport and to phenix mall

Very good sized room, modern looking, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, and a nice en-suite bathroom. The staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast and dinner were included and the food was good with plenty of choice. Very good value in comparison to properties of a similar standard in Mumbai.

We were not aware that alcohol is not available at the hotel.

Excellent staff service, they are always willing to assist. Rooms are very comfortable. Hotel is great value considering all meals were inclusive in the rate. Restaurant and the food was good with a big selection in the buffet menu. The location was perfect close to the airports and good branded malls close by in walking distance.

Service was good. Neatly maintained. Only thing @ room didn't kept basic toiletries like Dental Kit, Soap etc.. They should keep all these things. Laundry Service was good and House keeping staffs assisted well.
